It's August and we are getting closer and closer to the fall. This means we change our shoes from sandals and flipflops to boots and booties. But, you can mix summer and fall clothing together, to get one bomb outfit. Just because it's going to be fall, doesn't mean we have to put our dresses and skirts away either. Fall means that now, we can add different accessories to our look, such as hats, suede and fringe. There are so many different trends for this fall. Some new trends and some classic trends that we where every fall. Here are some trends for this fall!!

1. Fringe

When you think about fall, fringe should come to mind. Fringe is very popular in the fall. From fringe boots to a fringe cross-body bag. Fringe is fall. Every fall, fringe is always one of the biggest trends of the season, no matter what year it is. Fringe is the #1 item you should have in your closet for this fall.


2. Leather

Leather is apart of fall as well. When you think of fall, leather should be the second thing that comes to mind. From leather shorts, to leather boots and purses. There are so many different leather trends that we wear in the fall. You can always pair something leather with your fall outfits. You can dress leather up or you can dress leather down. Everyone should have something leather in their closet, for the fall. Leather is good to have for the fall.


3. Suede

When you think about fall, suede should be another thing that comes to mind. Suede is very popular in the fall. You should have something suede in your closet for this upcoming fall. There are a lot of runway shows for this upcoming fall, that is showing a lot of suede clothing. There are a lot of different clothing and accessories, that are made out of suede that you can wear this upcoming fall. From suede outerwear coats to suede boots and purses. Suede should be another thing, on your list to wear this fall.


4. Layers

Layers really becoming popular now. We use to only wear layers in the winter to keep us warm, but now layers are becoming a big trend for the fall. you can even do layers in the spring and summer. Layers are something you should do for the fall, to keep warm and to be trendy as well.


5. Boyfriend jeans

Jeans should be another item in your closet for this upcoming fall. But, boyfriend jeans are the must-have jeans for the season. Not only are boyfriend jeans comfortable, you can also style them in any different way. You can dress boyfriend jeans up, when you are going out with girlfriends or to a club or you can dress them down, when you are going to the grocery store or just to run some earns. Boyfriend jeans are the perfect item to have this fall.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines.
