I would like to share with all of you just some of the things I happen to be the most thankful for. Some of these are big things and others are small, but these are what make up my personal list of things that I happen to be very thankful for every day, day in and day out! I hope you like and enjoy them! So here i my top ten things that I am thankful for! I hope you all had a happy holiday!

1. I am thankful for my kids.

My kids are my life! Little bundles of joy, even though they were surprises I would not ever change a thing. My babies are happy cheerful little ones, and not to mention good little ones as well!

2. I am thankful for my boyfriend.

My boyfriend is beyond amazing. He is sweet, kind, and caring. He is also the best father! I got lucky in that department!!

3. I am thankful for my little cousins.

Mary, Ella, and Adam. Mary is the oldest, she is seven years old! Ella is the middle child; she is five years old. Lastly Adam is the youngest, he is 20 months old. These guys are awesome and very goofy! Not to mention they love to run around and do a lot of educational activities.

4. I am thankful for my Aunts, Uncles, Mom, and Dad.

My parents can be pretty awesome at times! As well as my Aunts and Uncles, they all are always there to support me in whatever is happening around me or within my life.

5. I am thankful for clean water.

One of the many reasons I am thankful for this, is because Flint, Michigan has not had clean water in a very long time, as well as other countries around the world. I am thankful to have clean, safe, and edible water. I am grateful to be able to take decent showers, drink water, and cook with it, as well as making sure I can make formula for my daughter, and give my son water for when he is not feeling well and cannot hold down milk.To learn more please go to: http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/04/us/flint-water-crisis-fast-facts/

6. I am thankful for my boyfriend’s Mom and siblings.

They can be a very goofy bunch, and are always so sweet and nice to me! I am happy I picked a good family to have my children a part of, I could not ask for anyone, or anything better!

7. I am thankful for handmade gifts.

Handmade gifts are the best, and most thoughtful. To me handmade gifts are the coziest and warmest gifts of all (especially blankets!!) handmade gifts usually (depending what it is) takes a bit of time to makes, therefore to me they are more genuine, although I do like store bought as well if you are not the crafty type!

8. I am thankful for having others who can give my children things they need.

Being on a tight budget can be hard with little ones, but I am lucky to have had friends and family give us clothes and things like high chairs, books, swings, and bouncers. Even though they were not brand new, I was appreciative. Especially when we had our daughter, because we were NOT expecting a she! (Was told we were having another little boy) and it was a delightful surprise, but yet, we had nothing for her. Also for new Mommies and Daddies, it is okay to accept help, it is not a sign of weakness! I promise!

9. I am thankful for being able to go to college and work towards my dream of becoming a teacher.

Although it is online schooling, it is tough, and I am glad I can do it from home, and not be away from my kids and daily duties.

10. I am thankful for my nephew.

Josiah is four years old, and a sweet, lovable, kid! He loves big, and smiles even bigger! I love my little man and I am so happy he is in my life.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
