Some of my favorite songs from 2016 ranging from Post Malone to Bruce Springsteen!

My Top Ten Songs of 2016

The past few years, I have become a HUGE music person. If you ask any of my friends, they will tell you that I carry a speaker around with me about 90% of the time. Ranging from old rock to some bangers for Saturday nights, these are some of my fave songs that I listened to in 2016.

1) "Go Flex"- Post Malone

Post Malone is one my favorite new artists year. His chill vibe is perfect to do homework or to listen to in the car!

2) "There Will Be Time"- Mumford & Sons

Mumford & Sons never disappoints! Such a happy song that is guaranteedd to lift your spirits and have a positive outlook for at least 3 minutes of your day.

3) "One Dance" - Drake

"One Dance" was the perfect song for a night out or jam to in the car! Wonder if he was listens to it with JLo? 🤔

4) "Sorry Not Sorry"- Bryson Tiller

"Sorry Not Sorry" is the PERFECT song to listen to when you are pissed. Whether it is at a guy or you are just having a bad day, it's a great way to de-stress.

5) "I'm on fire"- Bruce Springsteen

I am a HUGE Bruce fan considering I'm from Jersey and was raised right! Therefore, my list would not be complete without a Bruce song. Although my all time favorite is "Thunder Road", I was loving "I'm on fire" this year!

6) "Gasolina- DJ Buddah Remix" -Daddy Yankee

Who's doesn't love a good throwback? Seriously throw on "Gasolina" at a pregame and I guaruntee someone will end up on a table. So take over that aux and get rowdy my friends!

7) "Ultralight Beams" -Kanye West

HOW COULD I INCLUDE MY TOP SONGS OF 2016 WITHOUT KANYE? Had a hard time deciding which Kanye song to choose. Like my sister Meghan says, "Who needs church when I have Kanye and 'Ultralight Beams'"

8) "Down in the Valley" -The Head in the Heart

The Head in the Heart is a great alternative band that I came across last year. They have a very similar vibe to John Mayer and Mumford & Sons.

9) "Gasoline" -Halsey

Halsey is EVERYTHING. I had the pleasure of seeing her live last year and she did not dissapoint. "Gasoline" is a great song for any occasion (except with your parents).

10) "Bad and Boujee" -Migos

It would be a crime not to listen to "Bad and Boujee" considering Childish Gambino dedicated his Oscar win to Migos because of the song.

I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment.
