Summer is finally here along with the heat, humidity and crazy weather, especially here in Texas. With that being said, the summer season can really take a toll on your skin and hair. Here are some beauty products that I use not just during the summer season, but every day to make sure my skin and hair are staying healthy and beautiful!
1. It's A 10
There is a reason that this product is on the top of my list. Though I've tried other leave-in products, I always come back to this one. It claims to do 10 different things to your hair such as flat iron and thermal protector, creates silkiness and more. It honestly does everything that it promises. I have used this product for years and will forever be one of my favorites. What I really love is that I can literally coat my hair in it and it will never feel greasy or oily. I use it every single day and it's amazing.

2. One n Only Argon Oil
Oh, argan oil. I could go on for DAYS about this magical stuff. I literally recommend it to everyone. This is the brand that I have always stuck to because it works wonders. I use it after I get out of the shower, when I straighten or curl my hair, or even when I just need a little extra moisture or shine. It smells like heaven too.

3. Olay Complete All Day UV Moisturizer
I've always been a little picky when it comes to face moisturizers. I don't like them to smell a certain way, or feel thick and heavy on my face. This one does everything that I ask and more. It dries nicely while also locking in the perfect amount of moisture to my face. It also has SPF 15 so it helps protect my skin from the summer sun. It's my favorite daily face moisturizer.

4. Johnson's Baby Oil Gel
This stuff is magic, especially if applied to freshly shaven legs. I use it in the shower after I shave and I swear my legs have never felt softer. A little goes a long way so be careful to not overdo it because it will get a little oily.

5. Neutrogena Sunscreen
Sunscreen is another thing I'm a little picky about. I don't like it feeling greasy or like it's going to just wash off. Neutrogena is a recent favorite of mine. I not only like the beach defense screen, but also all the others from them. They dry nicely on my skin and I don't have to worry about it coming off. Especially, I like their face sunscreen.

6. Burt's Bees Lip Balm
I'm sure most of you have tried Burt's Bees lip balm at least once in your life. If you haven't, then please please do. This tiny little tube of magic is amazing. It smells wonderful, applies wonderfully, and some even come with sunscreen as well!

7. Joico K-PAK Split End Mender
My mom is the one who introduced me to this brand. So, thank you, mom. During the summer, my hair tends to get drier and break more easily. I've only recently started to try this product, but I can already tell such a difference. I use it along with my 'It's a 10' once I get out of the shower. My ends have felt so much healthier and stronger since I've been using this product.

8. Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins
These vitamins are magical, I swear. I've used both Nature Made and Vita Fusion brand and they both work great. It blew my mind how quickly these little gummies take effect. Within weeks, I could tell the difference in my hair, skin and nails, it was crazy. Plus, they taste pretty good too!

9. Eucerin Lotion
My skin, especially during the summer season, tends to get really dry. I don't like the lotions that just feel like an extra layer and as soon as you put them on, they wipe right off. I use the "Intensive Repair" Eucerin lotion, but any type works great. The lotion never fails to make my skin feel smooth, and I can always tell such a difference in how healthy my skin looks and feels when I use this lotion on a daily basis.

10. Joico Shampoo and Conditioner
I know, another Joico product. I just love them right now. I know that this shampoo and conditioner is a little pricey compared to others, but your hair will thank you so much. I use the "Moisture Recovery" shampoo and conditioner. (Notice the trend in my problems.) It smells amazing, works amazing, and will definitely be my favorite shampoo and conditioner duo for a while.
