25 Songs From Mr. Worldwide That Are Bangers Today And Will Be Forever

One of the great things about Pitbull is whether the song is in English or Spanish, the song is still amazing!

Mr. Worldwide, Mr. 305, Pitbull, whatever you call him, has had straight bangers for YEARS. His songs could be listened to WORLDWIDE and there still wouldn't be a single person who didn't know his songs.

We love an unproblematic king! In the nearly 20 years of his career, there hasn't been a single controversial story that has come out about him.

Need to simp/scream about what an ex is missing out on? Play "I Know You Want Me". Want to get hyped before a game or during a workout? Play Greenlight. Need some pregame music before going to the club? Play Hotel Room Service. Pitbull has a song for quite possibly every situation there is. Just see for yourself.

And with that, I give you, my President, Mr. Worldwide's, top 25.

Hotel Room Service

Greenlight

I got the green light mami and you know what that means
That we can do anything, anything that you dream
I wanna make you ooh, ah, till you scream
And I practice what I preach, if you know what I mean
I'mma about that mami
Yeah I got the key and I'mma lock that mami
Yeah, we can roll and I'mma rock that mami
I do what I say and say what I mean, now let me jump in between
I'm getting loose in this thing, like OJ the Juice in this thing
Feeling like Left Eye, boy, I burn the roof in this thing
I got all the women getting naked, feeling like Luke in this thing
Think it's a game
Now I got the green lit and the green right
All I need is, mami, for you to give me the green light
So I can run through it like an EZ pass
Find the G-spot and step on the gas

Messin' Around

The way you lick your lips, yeah, I like that
When you act like a bad girl, I like that
That little sexy look you got, mmh, I like that
The way you whisper in my ear how you want it when you want it, girl, I like that
Let's go, baby, let's ride
Let's not talk about it, let's do it
How you want it, in the suspension
Both of them
We can get freaky in the morning or in the afternoon
We can go all night long, baby, it's all up to you

Timber

The bigger they are, the harder they fall
This biggity boy's a diggity dog
I have 'em like Miley Cyrus, clothes off

I'm slicker than an oil spill
She say she won't, but I bet she will, timber

Don't stop the partyI'm running through the world like a running back
Scarface, world's mine, running back
Thirty thousand people went here on me
Eighty thousand in London Wembley
Ninety thousand people Morocco, and I'm just getting warmed up, papo
Catch me with Redone in Stockholm, Beirut, cafe getting my drink on
Where all the pretty women hit the hooka
All of them sweet, azucar, azucar

Feel This Moment

Reporting live, from the tallest building in Tokyo

Long ways from them hard ways
Bill sos, and oh yeas
Dade County, always, 305 all day
Now baby we can parle, oh baby we can party
She read books, especially about red rooms and tie ups
I got her hooked, 'cause she seen me in a suit with the red tie tied up
Meet and greet, nice to meet ya, but time is money
Only difference is I own it, now let's stop time and enjoy this moment

Back In Time

Miami equals black mask, black clothes
With a little bit of rope to tie, I flipped it
Black suits, white shirts, black glasses with a matching tie
Like Agent J or Agent K, and I wish the whole world would
OK, I'm tryin' make a billion out of 15 cents
Understand, understood
I'm a go-getter, mover, shaker, culture, bury a boarder, record-breaker won't cha
Give credit where credit is due don't cha
Know that I don't give a number two
Y'all just halfway thoughts
Not worth the back of my mind
But to understand the future we have to go back in time

Wild Wild Love

Ladies and gentleman you're looking at the new play boy
(Who you?) That's right, Armando Christian Perez
And when it comes to that pretty little bitty kitty
Don't stop get it get it baby let me pet it
I got that wild love
Love to get wild dirty freaky nasty, yeah I said it
I'll make you lose your heart and your mind at the same time
Don't believe me, bet it
I'm obsessed with that wild love for sure
Even though it's a catch 22
It's a gift and curse for sure
But baby you know that you love it too, that's why

Shake Señora

Mr. Worldwide, pop up and greet her
Pop pop popita, pump pump Konica
With no religion, made make them believers
Always hit 2-Call me Jeter
Sean Paul, Pain, Pitbull, and Luda
We about bread, paper and mula
Mama right there, can't scream medulla
Once catch or die, Catch me in Cuba!
Senorita, sh-sh-sh-shake it
Que la dejo mojadita like the great lakes
Mal hablado y fresco Dame duro mamita, dame lento

Time of Our Lives

This is the last twenty dollars I got
But I'mma have a good time ballin' or out
Tell the barteneder line up some shots
Cause I'mma get loose tonight
She's on fire, she's so hot
I'm no liar, she burn up the spot
Look like Mariah, I took another shot
Told her drop, drop, drop, drop it like it's hot
Dirty talk, dirty dance
She a freaky girl and I'm a freaky man
She on the rebound, broke up with her ex
And I'm like Rodman, ready on deck
I told her I wanna ride out, and she said yes
We didn't go to church, but I got blessed

Hey Baby (Drop It To The Floor)

I'm a Dade county,
Self paid self made millionaire
I used to play around the world
Now I'm around the world, gettin' paid
Girl problems, no problems
Don't hate the game, that won't solve 'em
I wanna get witcha mami,
Now let me see what the lord split your lolly

Fireball

I saw, I came, I conquered
Or should I say, I saw I conquered, I came
They say the Chico on fire and he no liar
While y'all slippin' he runnin' the game
Now big bang boogie
Get that kitty little noogie
In a nice nice little shade
I gave Suzie a little pat up on the booty
And she turned around and saidWalk this way

International Love

I don't play football
But I've touched down everywhere (everywhere?) everywhere
I don't play baseball
But I've hit a home run everywhere everywhere
I've been to countries and cities I can't pronounce
And the places on the globe I didn't know existed
In Romania she pulled me to the side
And told me Pit you can have me and my sister
In Lebanon yeah the women the bomb
And in Greece you guessed it the women are sweet
Been all around the world
But I ain't gonna lie there's nothing like Miami's heat

Rain Over Me

Mami you know the drill, they won't know what I got 'til they read the will
I ain't try, I ain't trying to keep it real
I'm trying to keep wealth and that's for real

Pero mira que tu buena, y mira que tú dura
Baby no me hables más, y tiramelo mami chula
No games you'll see, you can put the blame on me
Dale muñequita ahora ahi, and let it rain over me

On The Floor

That badonka donk is like a trunk full of bass on an old school Chevy
All I need is some vodka and some chunka coke
And watch a chick get donkey konged
Baby, if you're ready for things to get heavy
I get on the floor and act a fool if you let me
Don't believe me just vet me
My name ain't Keath but I see why you sweat me
L.A. Miami New York
Say no more get on the floor

We Are One

It's your world, my world, our world today
And we invite the whole world, whole world to play
It's your world, my world, our world today
And we invite the whole world, whole world to playEs mi mundo, tu mundo, el mundo de nosotros
Invitamos a todo el mundo a jugar con nosotrosPut your flags up in the sky (Put 'em in the sky)
And wave them side to side (Side to side)
Show the world where you're from (Show them where you're from)

Show the world we are one (One love, life)

DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love

Hear no evil, or speak no evil, or see no evil
Get it baby, Hope you catch that like T-O
That's how we roll,
my life is a movie, and you just TIVO
Miami got me twisted' like a dreadlock
She don't wrestle but I got her in a headlock
Yabba dabba doo, make her bedrock
mami on fire, (psh) so red hot
Bada bing bada boom
Mr. Worldwide as I step in the room
I'm a hustler baby, but that you knew,
and tonight it's just me and you

May 25, 2020: the day that will forever be remembered as the day George Floyd lost his life at the hands of cops.

The day that systematic racism again reared its head at full force in 2020.

These 17 Black-Owned Businesses Ship Baked Goods, Rosé, And Even Fried Chicken Nationwide

Eat your way through this country's greatest food — from your couch.

Call it the easily bored Gemini in me, but I'm constantly looking for new food to try. Usually, travel quenches my taste for new and exciting cuisines, but given the fact that international travel is not always a possibility, I've begun exploring alternatives.

In the interest of wanting to support the Black community and Black-owned businesses, and also wanting to try some of the country's greatest food without having to get off my couch, I started off (pessimistically) doing research, only to find that the options were vast.

24 Beauty And Style Brands Donating To The Fight To End Police Brutality Against Black People

From small, boutique brands to legacy fashion brands.

The worlds of beauty and fashion often collide, whether for good or bad. In both, underrepresentation has always been, and remains to be, a major unresolved issue. After the recent killing of George Floyd, many people are rightfully enraged, compounded by the fact his death in police custody wasn't an isolated incident.

Police brutality against Black people is not new, and isn't going away till we start dedicating resources to fighting it. Many of us, as individuals, have only begun in the last week scratching the surface of what it means to educate ourselves on race, historical race relations, and how to be an ally to the Black community.

Feel A Lil' Better: Because You Can Still Connect While Disconnecting From Social Media

Your weekly wellness boost from Odyssey.

No matter how good (or bad) you'd describe your health, one thing is for sure: a little boost is ALWAYS a good idea. Whether that's reading a new, motivating book, or listening to a song that speaks to your soul, there are plenty of resources to help your health thrive on any given day.

I don't know if you've heard, but there's a lot going on right now, particularly in relation to George Floyd's death, Black Lives Matter, and public protest of racial injustice in the United States. While we can all agree that this deserves conversations, change, and actionable good, social media arguments with Great Aunt Linda are not where social change begins and ends. Spending too much time scrolling through your phone has never been healthy, but now it's even more addicting — what does that one person from my hometown say about this? How can I further education within discussions? Am I posting enough?

I don't know about you, but reading is at the top of my to-do list this summer... especially with all the social distancing I'll still be doing. If, like me, you're hoping to pick up a romantic page-turner (or a couple dozen), here are 23 romance novels by Black authors you'll absolutely LOVE reading.

True Self-Care Is HARD, That Face Mask Isn't Actually Going To Solve Your Problems

There's a line between self-care and self-destruction.

Anyone who hasn't been living under a rock for the past few years has seen something somewhere about self-care whether it was on Facebook, Twitter, or their Instagram feed. Oftentimes it's pictures of celebrities or influencers sipping green smoothies or slathering on mud masks with #selfcare. It's posts like these that made me realize that "self-care" has become the ultimate buzz word, soaring in popularity but in the process, it's lost most of its original meaning. It's time to set the record straight and reclaim the term.

Although self-care has been around for quite some time, within the past few years it's been misconstrued and commodified as our capitalist society tends to do with things it thinks can be profited off. Self-care is now being peddled as something that can be bought and sold on the shelf at Target rather than something that takes real work to achieve. This fake self-care movement is not only enabling people to over-indulge themselves, but it has created a crutch for people to avoid the responsibility of taking true care of themselves. Instead of doing the work that needs to be done, many people fall into the trap of rewarding themselves for doing nothing at all — this can quickly become an unhealthy coping mechanism, especially with corporations cheering us on (to buy their next product). Long, hard day at work? Just grab your third iced coffee of the day! Fight with your SO? Buy that 50-dollar face mask, it'll make you feel better! This is how self-care becomes self-sabotage and self-destructive.
