My Top Music Artists That I Listen to 24/7
The Specktators Collective

Today, I wanted to talk about something a little bit different. You can tell by the title, that I want to share my top music artists that I have on repeat 24/7. I listen to a lot of songs from different artists. I may like a certain song of one artists, but that would be it. I wouldn't go on to buy all their album and listen to them all the time. This is about the artists that I have bought all or most of their songs, bought their merch, and support them on social media. You might recognize some of them, but most are underground rappers. Let's get started!

Packy

Obviously I'm going to have Packy on this list. It would be a sin if I didn't put The Speck on this. I've been listening to Packy since the his mixtape "About That Life." Most known for his rapping skills, Pack can also drop a good hook on a song (See his song "Delirious"). This dude is on the come up, lots are sleeping on him. Look for Pack to be the next hit on the radio.

First song I heard from Packy: "Refs ft. Green Skeem"

Favorite song from Packy: "I Already See It"

Cyrus

No, not Miley Cyrus, I mean the man, the myth, the legend: Cyrus. Cyrus was signed to The Speck in May of 2015, the first artist to be signed to The Specktators Collective. Many fans were skeptical, not knowing if he was a good fit to the label. Man, did he prove them wrong. Cyrus can rap, sing, and produce a song by himself. I can't wait for him to go big.

First song I heard from Cyrus: "17 ft. Packy"

Favorite song from Cyrus: "Money to Blow"

Indy

Indy and the next artist have about the same fan size. Underground rappers who are on the verge of having a breakout career. Indy is similar to Packy in a way. They both can rap and sing, and they both release bangers of songs. I've only been listening to Indy for a couple months, but I still support him in every way possible.

First song I heard from Indy: "17 Days ft. Cyrus"

Favorite song from Indy: "Runaway ft. Teddy"

C-Trox

Some might disagree when I say that both Indy and C-Trox have the same fan size, but it's kinda hard to tell. Anyways, C-Trox songs are pure fire. Every beat to his songs is absolutely amazing. He definitely picks the right beats, and his lyrics are even better. I'm waiting for the day for him and Packy to make a song.

First song I heard from C-Trox: "That's Love ft. Cyrus"

Favorite song from C-Trox: "Passionate"

Gianni and Kyle

I want to thank C-Trox for bringing these dudes into my life. They were featured on C-Trox's song "Thot Love," and after I heard that song, I had to hear more. This rap duo might have a small fan base but with the way things are going, they might soon be where Indy and C-Trox are. I guarantee in the future, you will hear these dudes on the radio.

First song I heard from Gianni and Kyle: "F*ckboi"

Favorite song from Gianni and Kyle: "Maverick"

I don't know if I really need to say much for the last couple of artists. Most of them are real well known and mostly everybody knows how they sound. I'm just going to list them, the first song I heard from them, and my favorite song.

G-Eazy

First song I heard from G-Eazy: "I Mean It ft. Remo"

Favorite song from G-Eazy: "Order More ft. Starrah"

Hoodie Allen

First song I heard from Hoodie Allen: "The Chase is On"

Favorite song from Hoodie Allen: "No Interruption"

Drake

First song I heard from Drake: "Over"

Favorite song from Drake: "Pop Style"

Big Sean

First song I heard from Big Sean: "Bounce Back"

Favorite Song from Big Sean: "Owe Me"

There you have it! These are my top artists that I have on repeat 24/7. If your ever in the car with me, expect any of these artists to start playing and nothing else. I don't listen to every song or albums of all these artists but I do have a lot. It's about over 300 songs on my phone. I spend way too much money on music but it's what gets me through each and every day.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
