It's no secret that you need a vacation – or five. How about planning one with your best girlfriends? Life is always going to be in the way, so even if you come back from your trip nearly sunburnt and almost broke, wouldn't it still be worth it to catch some rays, sleep in and hang out with your best gal pals? It's time to make some memories.

1. San Francisco

When traveling to the sweet San Fran, shoot for a guided walking expedition to learn a little about where you are. However, don't forget to check out Hayes Street; with its chic shops and comfortable coffee shops, it is one area that won't disappoint. While you're wandering around, call ahead and reserve a table at Wilson & Wilson bar. With its detective-agency theme, it will be one case that won't need cracking!

2. Miami

Grab your beach chair and spend a day by the water because you'll be sure to catch a tan quick on vacation in this hot spot. Don't forget to bring your A-game at night, though. Miami ranks as one of the most stylish and attractive in the nation.

3. Las Vegas

It won't be long before your friends and you will be yelling, "Viva Las Vegas!" When staying in a hotel on the Strip, you'll be sure to be right in the middle of all that Las Vegas has to offer. With flights being cheaper than to most destinations, it's better to opt for a flight and hotel package. From shows to food, Vegas will have everything you're looking for and maybe even a few things you never would have thought of!

4. Chicago

Praise thee Tiny Fey and Amy Poehler, for this state is familiar stomping ground to the comedic duo. Shoot for a day of shopping along the Magnificent Mile or stop by the Spa at Ritz-Carlton Chicago for a Vino-therapy mani-pedi. Whatever you choose to do in the Windy City will be sure to get your girls laughing and heels clacking!

5. Glen Arbor, Michigan

Conquering the Dune Climb at the secluded Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore may give you and your girls a run for your money as it's a strenuous 260-foot hike to a sandy summit. Afterward, drag those tired muscles to the Homestead resort, located near Sleeping Bear, for a massage at the property's Spa Amira.

6. Dunton, Colorado

The Dunton Hot Springs in Dunton, Colorado, have a long tradition of therapeutic use. They're warmed from geothermal heat from the earth's crust so you and your girls can finally get the relaxation you've been needing. The waters are packed with minerals, some of which have restorative properties. Between dips, take a guided tour of Mesa Verde National Park together and enjoy the surrounding scenery and wildlife.

A vacation may not always be in the cards, but planning one can be just as fun! Even if now is not the time to spend the money you've been putting away in your bank account, when you and your girls are ready, the destination will be, too.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
