Making it easier than ever to get your fix of cinematic terror, Netflix has gained it's popularity for it's cheap and simple website giving you access to hundreds of movies at the click of a button!

However, Netflix has a collection of scary movies that are rather... well... hit or miss and anyone could tell you that just by going to the reviews. Though there is a diamond in every rough patch and I have spent many late nights watching Netflix's array of horror films and since have formed a pretty solid list of quality Netflix horror movies for your viewing pleasure that I like to call the Top 5 Netflix Horror Movies Of All Time! So sit back, enjoy the ride, and maybe a good nights sleep... if you're lucky.

Rated

1h 30m

Synopsis:

Review:

Probably one of the most horrifying supernatural films of all time! The Taking Of Deborah Logan brings fear and disgust to a new level with an Alzheimer's patient that is suffering from more than just Alzheimer's. It brings a whole new fear to the unknown.

2. "V/H/S" (2012)

Rated R

1h 56m

Review:

A brilliant film that has something for every type of horror movie junkie! A series of short episodes divided into VHS tapes leaves a lot of room for material and topics to be addressed that will scare the pants off of anyone with a Netflix account! Just don't turn off the lights...

3. The Babadook (2014)

Not Rated

1h 33m

Review:

"The Babadook" sets the bar high for indie horror and is definitely a must see! If you love supernatural and psychological horror than you will love this as it is the perfect combination of the two but remember, "If it's in a word or in a look, you can't get rid of the Babadook!"

4. "We Are What We Are" (2013)

Rated R

1h 45m

Synopsis:

A family tradition forces two teenage daughters into cannibalism but with an overprotective father it seems as though they will never be able to escape this lifestyle alive but the girls have a plan.

Review:

Never underestimate the strength and will of cannibalistic children to change. In this film about overcoming obstacles and religion you learn a lot about who you are shaped into the people are by your parents but how, despite the rumors, you are always able to change yourself. If you want an amazing story with a great theme then "We Are What We Are" is just your speed.

5. "Mine Games" (2012)

Not Rated

1h 33m

Synopsis:

A group of teenagers drive out to meet their friends at a cabin in the woods but when their friends don't show they decide to explore the land on their own. Stumbling across an abandoned mine, the group decides to go exploring and stumble across what they never expected.

Review:

I have never had a movie surprise me as much as this movie did about half way in! The sole content of this movie is wonderful and brings an element to the table I have never seen before in a horror film. If you like thinking outside the box and questioning your entire existence then this is the movie for you!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
