Details: Resides next to houses owned by Prince Williams and Kate Middleton. The house itself has 12 bedrooms, Turkish baths, an indoor pool, and parking for 20 cars
Owner: Lakshmi Mittal — the owner of Arcelor Mittal, the world’s largest steel manufacturer.
2. Four Fairfield Pond
Location: Sagaponack, New York
Value: 248.5 million
Details: This mansion has 29 rooms and sits on 63 acres, while maintaining its own power plant. Inside the house, is a basketball court, bowling alley, squash courts, tennis courts, three swimming pools, and a 91-foot long dinning room.
Owner: Ira Rennert, who owns Renco Group, a holding company with investments in auto manufacturing and smelting.
3. Villa Leopolda
Location: Cote D’Azure, France
Value: $750 million
Details: According to Variety, this is a 50-acre mansion, which includes a swimming pool, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen, and a helipad. This mansion was also used as a set in the movie "To Catch a Thief."
Owner: Lily Safra, the widow of a Lebanese banker William Safra and also a Brazilian philanthropist.
4. Antilia
Location: Mumbai, India
Value: $1 billion
Details: To the point of not even being a home, this 27-story, 400,000-square-foot building has six underground parking floors and requires a 600-person staff just to maintain it.
Owner: Mukesh Ambani, who is India’s richest man and according to Forbes, has a net worth of $23.6 billion.
5. Buckingham Palace
Location: London
Value: $1.55 billion
Details: Although this is not for sale, the Queen’s residence is valued at around $1.5 billion. The property holds 775 rooms, including 19 state rooms, 52 bedrooms, 188 staff rooms, 92 offices, and 78 bathrooms.
