We are lucky enough to have a college town with lots of great food -- Mesa, Pearly Bakers, Sette Luna -- but there are some lesser known gems in Easton that I think you should give a try.
4. Downtown Dawg
Downtown Dawg is the epitome of cheap food. With a single hot being $1.25 and adding fries and a drink would only be a $5 meal. Don’t let the price fool you, the food is always hot, the fries are never soggy, and they deliver until 3 a.m. on the weekends! Take it from me and next Saturday when you need a late night snack and try their pierogis.

3. Stiltskins
Stiltskins in a small café owned by a husband and wife duo. They live upstairs and are only open until 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday but their coffee is essentially heaven in a cup. In the fall and spring, their backyard is opened as an adorable seating area. Don’t even get me started on their flavored French toast.

2. Touch of Thai
Touch of Thai was the restaurant my parents and I went to on move in weekend freshman year and I have never regretted it. Modestly priced for the portions I suggest the Chicken Pad Thai. I prefer mine sweet -- with a strong peanut taste but the spicy is highly reviewed as well.

1. Two River’s Brewery
From trivia every Monday night to their legendary cheesecake that changes by the week, Two River’s Brewery never disappoints. Though it is on the pricier side and a bit of a hike from campus it is always worth it. The atmosphere is a bit hipstery and the waitstaff is fun- my only advice is to always try the special.
