FOR THOSE WHO AREN'T CAUGHT UP WITH THIS SEASON OF THE BACHELOR BEWARE! THERE MAY BE SOME SPOILERS!

Like many others, I was not to excited to hear that "The Bachelor" would be Nick Viall, mostly because I was rooting for it to be Chase, but no hard feelings there. I promised that I would not watch his season as the bachelor because he's already had four chances at finding love, why get another? Well, I found myself watching the first episode of the new season, not because I wanted to see Nick, but because it is always fun to see what girls would do to impress their man. I immediately got sucked into watching this season because there were plenty of interesting people. For example, we have Alexis (Shark Girl), who once you got to know, was actually a funny person and had a great personality. Unfortunately Nick didn't think so. This season we also come across Corrine, who is 23 and has a nanny... for herself. I, myself do not like Corrine and have been secretly praying she gets let go soon. With six girls left and us coming closer to the final rose, I have already decided who I pray and hope will be in the top three.

THE ORDER IS RANKED FROM HIGHEST TO LOWEST

1. Danielle M.

In the beginning, we learn Danielle is 32, living in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Neonatal Nurse. Since the first rose ceremony, I have been a fan of hers. She has such a kind and loving soul. During her one-on-one with Nick, she explained how she lost her fiance, which is the reason she moved to Nashville, to begin her life again. Seeing that soft side of Danielle definitely shows she has strength, not many people are comfortable with doing so. Recently, they have shown a lot more of Danielle and we've gotten to know that she is also a very funny person. I hope that in the end, Nick chooses Danielle to be his wife (FINALLY).

2. Raven

Second on my list is Raven. She is 25 and a Fashion Boutique Owner, living in Hoxie, Arkansas. She is a warm and bubbly spirit, with an adorable southern accent, which Nick likes. She got what all the girls would call the best 1 on 1 with Nick because it was in his hometown in Wisconsin AND she got to meet his family. Nick's family seemed to really love Raven's personality, which makes me believe she will make it far. Later at dinner, we find out that Raven's last relationship ended with her significant other cheating on her. She explains to Nick that she marched over to the girl's home, caught them, and also, beat the hell out of them. This showed that Raven has a crazy side she isn't afraid to unleash. Oh, and she was the first girl to tell Nick she was falling in love with him (butterflies)! Good Luck Raven!!

3. Kristina

Lastly, we have 25-year-old Kristina. She was adopted from Russia and is now living in Lexington, Kentucky as a Dental Hygienist. In the beginning, Kristina was always seen as a quiet girl, minding her business. She is kind hearted and even though she is quiet she knows when she has to show her fun side. In the last episode, she finally got her 1 on 1 with Nick in the lovely Saint Thomas. What shocked everyone was her heartbreaking backstory. She completely opens up to Nick about how her biological mother choosing alcohol over her. She explains how one day she remembered being so hungry she went looking for something to eat, but the only thing she found was lipstick, so she ate it. Her mother kicked her out and she found an orphanage, where a couple years later she found a family. Kristina is one of the many strong women on the show this season. I sure do hope that she will be on longer.

Out of all the amazing and talented women on the show this season, these are the ladies I have for the top three. I hope that Nick can pull himself together and make the right decision for his future (Danielle M.) Tune into ABC on Monday's at 8 p.m. to see who makes it one step closer to being the love of Nick's life.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
