"Desperate Housewives" ("DH") is that show that was always on TV growing up. With Eva Longoria and Terry Hatcher gracing the covers of most magazines, the show surrounded us everywhere. When it got put on Netflix, I spent all of high school telling my parents I was doing homework when I was actually watching "DH" on my laptop all day every day. I am now in college, and I've bought a Hulu subscription just so that my roommates and I can watch "Desperate Housewives" all the time. And trust me, we are constantly watching "Desperate Housewives."
1. Mary Alice and Paul Young paid off a druggie to obtain Zach. And then killed his real mother when she got sober and wanted him back.
2. The riot
3. The airplane crash
5. The hostage situation at the supermarket where Tom’s baby mama gets shot
6. Danielle starts a sex swing internet company in Bree’s test kitchen after her divorce and gets Bree to finance it
7. Bree fakes a pregnancy so no one knows Danielle is pregnant, raises Danielle’s son, and then Danielle takes him back
8. Edie gets electrocuted
9. Edie dates Karl
10. Edie dates Carlos
11. Bree dates Karl
12. Orson’s mother helps Orson’s first wife rape him
13. Mike witnesses Orson helping his mother cover up a murder, so Orson runs him over, sending Mike into a nine-month coma.
14. Mike gets shot by the mob
14. Carlos goes blind and then proceeds to get his sight back
15. Carlos cheats on Gabby with the surrogate
16. Bree has a slut phase while her alcoholism blossoms
17. Tom and Lynette split up
18. Tom's girlfriend throws Penny a birthday party
19. Andrew tries to get emancipated from Bree by lying about her abusing him
20. Gabby has an affair with John Rowland, who is 16, and her gardener
21. Susan’s life (getting locked out naked, Karl’s car drives away with her towel, being a horrible cook, burning Edie’s house down, getting trampled and needing a kidney transplant from Gabby who won’t give it to her, wandering spleen)

25. Zach hitting on Gabby, which is one of the top most ridiculous things and most unnecessary. I didn't need to see Zach in that way....EWW

26. This horrible moment when Bree tries to make casual conversation at a dinner party
Throughout all eight seasons of "Desperate Housewives," we see each character grow and change while we laugh and cry along with them. Bree, Gabby, Susan, and Lynette all live within each of us, with Mary Alice narrating our lives throughout our day. May "Desperate Housewives" forever live on.
