Anyone who knows me knows that music is a huge part of my life. The Hip-Hop/R&B genres have always been some of my favorite genres of music since I was younger and the appreciation for it has continuously grown. Still, many people don't keep up with the newest songs in these genres. It saddens me when I'm listening to Hot 97 and one of the best songs at the moment comes on and my friends don't know the song or the artist.
