Whether they're just your lovely coffee table books or ones you actually get sucked into, fashion books are a must have! Not only are they usually beautiful, but sometimes you can learn something about one of your favorite designers that you never knew before! In no particular order, here are some fashion books that every fashionista needs!

1. The Beautiful Fall by Alicia Drake

Set in Paris during the 1970s, this book explains the rivalry of Yves Saint Laurent and Karl Lagerfeld.

2. If You Have to Cry, Go Outside: And Other Things Your Mother Never Told You by Kelly Cutrone

If anyone's interested in the PR side of fashion, this one's for you! In this memoir, Cutrone tells all about the not always fabulous industry.

3. Fashion A to Z by Alex Newman and Zakee Shariff

Feel like you need to clean up your fashion dictionary or forgot what that jacket's proper name is? Worry no more.

4. Grace: A Memoir by Grace Coddington

The creative director of Vogue takes us on a journey of her career and life.

5. The Style Mentors by Elyssa Dimant

Showing off more than 80 of fashion's most stylish gals in the best way possible.

6. Kate Moss by Kate Moss

I don't think this one needs much of an explanation.

7. Advanced Style by Ari Seth Cohen

Showcasing fashion's most stylish women over 60, this book is a must read. (And so is the documentary on Netflix!)

There's no man's presence we wish to experience some day more than Karl Lagerfeld, but a book of things he said is probably the next best thing.

9. IT by Alexa Chung

The fabulous Alexa Chung talks about "it" in general in this one, and it makes a beautiful decor piece as well.

10. Man Repeller: Seeking Love, Finding Overalls by Leandra Medine

I'm pretty sure we're all obsessed with Leandra so this one's a must have!

11. Influence by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen

These total fashion icons give their perspective on the fashion industry as well as some interviews with our favorite designers.

12. The Little Dictionary of Fashion: A Guide to Dress Sense for Every Woman by Christian Dior

Dior's lovely words will make sure we never have a fashion mishap again!
