Everyone has those days. You know the days I mean. The days when you roll over when your alarm goes off and say, "Nope. Not today, boss man." Do you know what makes days like that better? Puppies.

Instagram has provided us with some fabulous pups that can really help relieve stress on those days when you really just don't feel like being a grown up. Here are the top 12 great Instagram dogs to distract you from real life.

12. Dogs of Instagram

Dogs of Instagram (@dogsofinstagram) is the one place you can find all of the great dogs of the Instagram world. They share the top pictures from the top dogs.

11. Puppystagrams

Puppystagrams (@puppystagrams) is your daily dose of puppy. Every day they post a new picture of a puppy doing something adorable. Who doesn't love a little puppy on their fourth coffee break of the day?

10. MJ the Beagle

MJ is a French beagle (@mj_the_beagle), as in he's from France! MJ is a model, and he adores wearing hats. Who wouldn't if they looked that great in them?

9. Sebastion

You could throw a real bash with this dog (@thelifeofbash). His model-esque, sleek black hair and fabulous personality have turned him into an Insta-famous sensation. Keep up the good work, Bash.

8. Helmut Newton the Beagle

Helmut Newton (@helmutnewtonthebeagle) markets himself as the grumpy beagle, and after looking at his Instagram, you might agree. His grumpy personas make for a nice chuckle when you need a break from all of the hard work you haven't been doing.

7. Toast the King Charles

If you've never heard of the Fat Jew, then you're missing out. If you've never heard of Toast, his dog, then you're really missing out. Toast (@toastmeetsworld) is a King Charles Spaniel that can't seem to keep his tongue inside his mouth. It's all the sass of the Fat Jew, but from a dog.

6. Loki the Wolf Dog (@loki_the_wolfdog)

Loki (@loki_the_wolfdog) straight up looks like a wolf. In Colorado, Loki never ceases to amaze the world with his adventures. He is always posing in front of a scenic landscape, and really rocks the wolf dog look.

5. Doug the Pug

Doug the Pug (@itsdougthepug) is from Nashville, Tennessee, and claims to be the king of pop culture. I'm not sure how that works, but his pictures are bomb. He can pull off pretty much anything from glasses to Christmas sweaters.

4. René Charles the French Bulldog

René Charles (@renecharlesnyc) is an adorable little french bulldog with these great ears. While his pictures are straight fire, the captions are what will really do you in when you're going through his account. Oh, the sass!

3. Marnie the Shih Tzu

Marnie's tongue is what really gets me going. Her tongue is always hanging out the side of her mouth, and with her head cocked and the funny little walk, I always get a kick out of scrolling through her photos (@Marniethedog).

2. Tuna the Chiweenie

Tuna (@Tunameltsmyheart) and his adorably hilarious over-bite are a great way to get in a laugh or two throughout the day. Tuna's personality and aesthetically pleasing little face make for great procrastination.

1. Crunchy the Blue Heeler

Crunchy (@crunchy_adventures) is a blue heeler in Montana, and possibly the most photogenic dog in the world. If I were going to be jealous of any dog's life, it would be Crunchy's. The pictures of him camping and trekking through mountains give me wanderlust. I want to be Crunchy. #crunchyislife

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
