1. "Grey's Anatomy"
Now most people consider this drama-filled series as falling into the "chick-flick" category because of all the attractive doctors present throughout. But the crazy plot twists, romances, and for the most part extremely unrealistic scenarios are sure to entertain anyone for hours on end.
2. "Mad Men"
If you are into period pieces, then this show is 150% for you. It takes place in the 60s and centers around the cultural and societal struggles of a well-off Advertiser and his many co-workers and love interests. And as a bonus, the cast is super good-looking.
3. "The Office"
I haven't personally seen every episode of this show, but overtime I hear someone talk about how they insist that I watch it from beginning to end. It is supposedly one of the funniest and emotionally riveting television series...ever.
4. "The Walking Dead"
I am not quite sure why I think having a zombie apocalypse would be fun for a day...probably because this show made me suddenly have the desire to kill some zombies. Whatever the reason, this show takes you on a crazy journey.
5. "Gossip Girl"
Obviously, this show has to be on the list just because it's a favorite of almost every girl out there. New York City, High School drama, unlimited amounts of high-fashion outfits...yeah that about sums it up in a nutshell.
6. "Friday Night Lights"
This show will always be one I love, maybe because it's all about the South and reminds me of home. But either way it has the perfect balance of drama and realism, and it will make you really want to play football.
7. "Freaks And Geeks"
Now sadly, this remarkable series only has 1 season. However, it makes up for it by having an insanely awesome cast. Any show whose cast consists of James Franco, Seth Rogan, and Jason Segal undoubtedly rocks.
8. "How I Met Your Mother"
I have a love-hate relationship with this show. This show makes you fall in the love with the characters, to the point where they seem real. However, when you complete the show you feel like a part of you is missing. But as they say, it is better to have love and lost than to have never loved at all.
9. "Family Guy"
If you just want to laugh at super dumb and immature things (admit it, everyone wants this at least sometimes), then this is the show for you. It's a nice little guilty pleasure.
10. "Orange Is The New Black"
I just started this show a week ago and I am already close to being done with season 2. This isn't healthy, but either way this series will take you on an emotional journey. It's funny, sad, and extremely addicting.
