So, its's a no brainer that athletes are H-O-T! And Olympic athletes obviously are the best of the best. So combine their level of attractiveness with their level of skill, and these are the hottest US athletes at the games in Rio, in my opinion at least. In no particular order, here you go.

1. David Boudia (Diving)

OK, come on. We're definitely starting off very strong here. David Boudia is gorgeous. This literally looks like he's stepping straight out of "Baywatch" and onto the cover of GQ. Mix those eyes with that jawline, and swoon.

2. Sam Mikulak (Gymnastics)

Let me just put this out there and say that the entire men's gymnastics team is literally on fire. In fact, I'm pretty sure they are all included on this list. But first, is cute little Sam. How could you not love that smile! And those arms? Dayum.

3. Ryan Lochte (Swimming)

So I have no idea what is going on with Ryan's bleached blond/blue hair that he's sporting in Rio, but he still looks hot. I mean, just look at him. He was stunning in London four years ago, and he still works it now. You do you Ryan.

4. Jordan Burroughs (Wrestling)

Muscles. Muscles. Muscles. Like, just take a glance at those guns. I'm usually not a fan of wrestlers cause their uber-tight uniforms kinda creep me out (sorry), but with arms like that, how can you look away?

5. Chris Brooks (Gymnastics)

So you have to give athletes in general a lot of credit on how in shape their bodies are. But gymnasts? They need to be able to effortlessly hurl their entire body weight around. So they need the muscles. Chris Brooks is clearly no exception. Bravo!

6. Danell Leyva (Gymnastics)

Even through his shirt you can tell this guy has hella abs. Combined with that roar of excitement, how could you not just want to stare at this all day?

7. Michael Phelps (Swimming)

I don't know if it's so much his looks or the billion gold medals that he's won, but something about Michael Phelps is just glorious. And the new baby is literally so cute (literally I might've teared up a bit when he went over to kiss his son at one of his medal ceremonies). Phelps is a household name and is one of the best athletes ever, so the U.S. is very lucky to have this hunk.

8. Jake Dalton (Gymnastics)

Alright come on. Look at his beautiful eyes concentrating on what he has to do to make sure his beautiful body does what it needs to do to pull off a beautiful routine. Everything about Jake Dalton screams beautiful, and he's not even trying. It's not fair.

9. Steele Johnson (Diving)

OK, when you hear a name like Steele, you immediately know he has to be good looking, and this guy does not disappoint. With that big smile and bit of a baby face, this guy has a boyish charm that just screams "boy-next-door," and it works for him.

10. Alex Naddour (Gymnastics)

Last, but certainly not least, is once again, another gymnast. Big shocker there. But you have to admit, Alex Naddour has got the smolder down to a "T." Not to mention those shoulders and those arm veins... I gotta say I like.

Side note: For the finale I'm just gonna leave this here because this is literally the most beautiful team ever, and clearly from the article above they're my favorites. Go Team USA!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
