Every year college students across America are faced with a dilemma: where to go on spring break. There are so many places to choose from so I've created a list of some spots that are glamorous but still affordable.

 Cancun

Who wouldn't want to zipline over clear blue water and Mayan ruins? If you're looking for a wild tropical ride, Cancun is the place for you.

Ibiza

Ever wanted to go to an island and just party? This small island off the coast of Spain is the new party place for all Europeans. Come join them with your craziest outfits and carefree spirit.

Aruba

Dreaming of white sand beaches and crystal blue waters with great food? Then this Dutch island is a perfect choice. It's small enough to rent a car and explore the whole island and big enough where you can still find a deserted beach or two.

Miami Beach

As cliché as it sounds, Miami Beach is always a good idea. There are endless shops, bars, and beach to explore. Maybe rent a boat and you might spot a Kardashian or two. This is a great place for letting loose and getting crazy.

Puerto Rico

This inexpensive, authentic island is a great place to enjoy a margarita with your pals. Located in the Caribbean and unincorporated as a U.S territory, this place had mountains, waterfalls, blue ocean, and exotic animals.

Dubai

Would you be interested in skiing in a mall in the desert? Dubai is one of the most extravagant places on earth. It is a mixture of cultures but still manages to feel like New York City on steroids.

Barcelona

Looking for a place with a party scene AND history? This European city on the coast of Spain is just the place for you! Stick your toes in the Mediterranean while eating a churro and enjoy the historical sights like the Sagrada Familia.

If you and your friends decide to go to one of these places for spring break, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
