Always have faith

Our generation doesn’t know, or better doesn’t recognize God as much as our grandparents did in the past.

Why did this happen? Why don't they hear God’s voice?

For sure, our generation spends time in a different way than our relatives did in the past. But what happened to them who I consider kind of lost?

Our generation is very busy doing useless things, they don’t try to think about God, they don’t sit and pray, they are just so incredibly busy with their cell phones, with their technologies, with their useless activities, with their friends hanging out at the game rooms, playing video games and staying at the bar drinking. I’m not criticizing this generation, we all have been young, and for this reason we should behave as the young do, we have to go out, spend time with friends, but we don't have to forget the most important things in our lives, the most important thing other than family and health is God. He is the center of our life, of our being, and we shouldn’t look for him only when we need Him. We should sit and reflect about how lucky we are to be alive, to be surrounded by family and friends who love you.

We need to thank more and ask less. We need to appreciate every single smile, laugh, and joy; we need to appreciate the small things in life and thank God for having them, not everyone is so lucky as we are. We need to thank God for the family you have, for the friends who choose you, for the job you do, for the passion you have, for the small satisfactions you receive and for the great desire that makes you pursue that dream.

You need God in your life, for your sad moments but also for your happy moments.

We need to talk less and listen more…

We need to make less noise and be silent…

We need to reflect and pray…

We need to pray and talk with God, it gives you that hope, that no one can give you.

We just need to have more faith!

I think that one of the reasons why teenagers get lost, get into the tunnel of drugs and alcohol, get into a difficult and dangerous crowd of friends is because they haven’t sat and listened to God’s voice, and his help.

We lost the important things in life, the most important values, which make our soul happy.

We need to reflect how small we are in front of the divine, of this infinite creature who created a perfect world, and we need to reflect that each person is a gift, everything in life is created so perfectly. And probably if all earthquakes, tornados, and natural calamities are happening it is because we are destroying what God created, can these be signs which tell us that we need to be more human among men, and with the world too.!?

When you need, God knows, when you ask, God listens, when you believe, God works.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
