Time is everything and yet nothing at all. It is the strongest ally and opponent we face on a daily basis. Like when you wake up and it feels like you didn't get enough hours of sleep. Or when you're working at a joy-neutralizing job and it feels like 12 years, but it's only been 12 minutes. Time tends to be quite stingy when you really need some and generous when you don't.
Time gives us a new perspective. It also seems to have a strong hold on how we handle situations in the now, and when we are reminded of them later. It shows us how we've matured and grown, and lets us see new qualities and flaws about ourselves that we may not have noticed or had in the past.
Time is an outfit that looks different on each person, but it fits perfectly without fail. You may lose a button or a tear may appear, but eventually, new buttons will be sewn on and holes stitched shut. Like a wine that grows finer as it ages, you and the people around you will too.
Time: it suits you well.
