Watching "The Bachelorette" is a Monday night ritual for a lot of 20-somethings. Whether you’re a hopeless romantic, you love the comedic drama that occurs in literally every single episode or you just watch it because your friends do, there’s no denying that you have the same reoccurring thoughts each season. I’ve decided to break these thoughts down into a list for Bachelor Nation just so you know you’re not alone.
1. Where do all these men come from?
Seriously, where? And how can I get this many guys to fight over me? I mean, it’s cool that they’re here, and I definitely don’t mind looking at them, but is there something wrong with them? After all, they did just leave their lives behind to be on a reality TV show. Also, why are they all still single?!
2. Oh, there's the bachelorette in another perfect outfit.
I’m convinced that she has a team of about a million people to dress her in approximately three different outfits per day. She always looks perfect. This being said, who wears heels to the park?! I would have been seen in about 10 different pairs of yoga pants by now…maybe that’s why she’s the bachelorette and I’m on my couch eating ice cream.
3. Please stop crying, dude.
I know, it sucks. You were falling madly in love and you just got dumped on national television. But, you did kind of sign up for this and you’re totally making things worse for yourself. Stop now before you’re the next trending meme. Take what's left of your pride and walk away.
4. Why is he still here?!

There’s always that one extremely annoying guy that makes it really far and no one understands why. There has to be some rule on keeping one of these guys around for entertainment, right? She can’t really be attracted to him. Either way, he has got to go ASAP.
5. I know what you're going to say, Chris Harrison.
You’ve been giving the same speeches for literally forever. Somewhat annoying, but also kind of oddly comforting. You really are the face of Bachelor Nation, Harrison. Keep up the good work. By the way, what’s it like having to mediate all this drama? Do you really take it as seriously as you act or do you secretly find your job hilarious?
6. If she doesn't marry him, I will.

Why is she ignoring him?! He is so perfect. Wake up, woman! Or don’t, maybe I can marry him. But seriously, he is beautiful and kind and everything good.
7. Well, that was awkward.
Whether a guy unexpectedly gets dumped, royally makes a fool out of himself on a date or rats another guy out, plenty of cringe-worthy, awkward moments are guaranteed. They’re always a little painful to watch, but oh so entertaining.
8. Aw, they are perfect together!

In the end, this is why we watch the show. Sure, it’s hilarious and creates an excuse for a Monday night on the couch with our best friends, but we all get a little caught up in the happily ever after aspect. It’s always refreshing to see two people find happiness after enduring an entire season of chaos.
