24 Thoughts of a Game of Thrones Addict
TV Series Finale

With season six of "Game of Thrones" FINALLY launching, re-watching all the old seasons has given me all the feels. I can not wait to see what is in store this time around, but watching these episodes over again has shown me the amount of crazy thoughts I have as a "Game of Thrones" addict.

1. You want a baby dragon.

Daenerys Targaryen can't be the only one allowed to be the Mother of Dragons.. am I right?!

2. Tyrion Lannister is your favorite Lannister.

Tyrion is absolutely hilarious with his snarky and sarcastic comments. He doesn't take any crap from anyone. If you have to have a favorite Lannister there is no doubt it is him.

3. You don't care that Jon Snow isn't a Stark.

We love you Jon Snow!! Come back to us in one piece please, I refuse to believe you are gone.

4. Gruesome scenes don't even phase you now.

With all the blood and guts "Game of Thrones" has put us through, they could show us just about anything and we won't be surprised.

5. DON'T GET ATTACHED TO YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTERS, EVER.

Cough cough, Starks, cough cough. You know better than to get attached to your favorites, but you can't help yourself.

6. You now pay attention to detail like it's nobodies business.

Details are EVERYTHING in "Game of Thrones." That show has so many plot twists and turns that you have to be able to pick up on everything, with no distractions.

7. Every time the new season comes out you start to prepare for it by re-watching every season, or at least the last one.

Since the seasons are so far apart you don't want to forget a thing! Plus the episodes are all so good so you don't mind binge watching.

8. You LOVE the "Game of Thrones" theme song.

Enough. Said.

9. You could know exactly who is in the scene by the background music.

Whether it is the Mother of Dragons or the Red Woman, you know who that music belongs to.

10. You hated Joffrey with every ounce of your being.

Joffrey was a nutcase who hated everything and everyone. He loved to bring people pain and would torment them to no end. You thought his death would never come.

11. You feel for Sansa Stark.

This poor girl has been through everything. Almost all her family is dead, she's been a prisoner for years in the capital, and everyone is always trying to use her because they believe she is the key to the North. It's okay Sansa, we all care for you.

12. Aria Stark is as tough as they come.

Aria is slick and lethal. She's small but she is vicious, and she knows how to get what she wants. She doesn't care for being a "lady" but who cares? You go girl!

13.You may or may not have a crush on Daenerys.

Come on, we all know she is the one true Queen. She is a great ruler and knows what it takes to achieve her goal of being the one true ruler of Westoros. She may be the one you're really rooting for to claim the Iron Throne.

14. The love stories are almost too much for you.

Khal Drogo and his Khaleesi will always be a favorite.

15. You seem to be left with so many questions at the end of every season.

Jon Snow?! Bran?! Aria..??? Is anyone there?!!

16. You think it would be cool to be somewhere in "Game of Thrones."

Whether it's in King's Landing, one of the many cities Khaleesi has taken over, Dawn, Winterfell, on top of the wall at Castle Black, Braavos or any of the other beautiful cities, you would love to step onto the set of a "Game of Thrones" scene. The background is always so beautiful.

17. You've learned to expect just about anything.

With the amount of craziness that takes place on this show, nothing can be ruled out. You think you've seen it all, but really you know you haven't.

18. You know just about every family flag there is.

Each House has its own symbol which makes it easier for you to know right away who is coming into each scene.

19. There are so many powerful people on this show it's amazing.

Not only are the men strong and powerful, but so many women in "Game of Thrones" are too. It makes the show dynamics even more intense and interesting.

20. You would want no part of the White Walkers.

Nope. No thank you.

21. You love Hodor.

He is a sweet, gentle giant who loves Bran and helps him out. Him saying "Hodor" never gets old.

22. You've heard the phrase "Winter is Coming" too many times to count.

You KNOW what that means.

23. You would want a pet Direwolf.

Who wouldn't? They are so loyal and have come in clutch numerous times on this show.

24. You're super excited for each season, and always make sure you don't miss any episodes.

Every Sunday night you make sure you have time to watch your new episode of "Game of Thrones." With only 10 episodes each season, and seasons being so far apart, you know you don't want to miss this.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
