John Mulaney is one of my favorite stand-up comedians. Without a doubt, I can watch his two Netflix specials a thousand times over and still crack up laughing every time. Here is the life of a college student as told through John Mulaney gifs:

1. When you finish your first semester of college...

You haven't had a good night's sleep in months. You've had four tests and three essays in the past week. You haven't done your laundry in a month. But it's fine. Everything's fine.

2. When your professor posts your grade...

Logging into Blackboard doesn't freak me out anymore. I don't feel anything anymore. Coffee doesn't affect me anymore. Life is fine. Sleep? What's sleep? A balanced diet? What?

3. When people in your dorm decide to have a party at 3am on a Tuesday...

Tonight, right now, is the time to party? Really? Is that fun for you?

4. When you go out to eat with your friends...

Fries and friends are life-saving.

5. When you decide to watch Netflix all night instead of going out...

6. When you procrastinate and regret it the next day...

I can pass this exam. I don't need to study.

7. When participation matters...

8. When you don't know how to deal with your emotions...

And that's been my first semester of college. How about you?
