Things To Do Over Spring Break That Won't Break The Bank

Even if you are not spending spring break on an exciting getaway, there are many ways to still have fun while watching your budget.

1. Sleep

This is one of the things I am looked forward to the most this break. Sleeping is easy, essential and most importantly free. College students love to sleep and this week is the perfect opportunity to do just that.

2. Go for a hike or long walk

In most places by spring break the weather has started to warm up. Take advantage of the nice weather and get outside. It is so easy to get a group of friends (or your dog) and spend some time outside.

3. Explore a nearby city

As someone who is terrible at cooking, I will take any opportunity to work on it. You can invite over a group of friends or your family and try out a new recipe on them.

Spring break is an exciting time in any college students life. I know that my friends and I are counting down the days until we get to go home. It is important to take the time off to relax and have fun but, doing so does not need to break the bank.
