Things I Forgot To Thank My Best Friend For

There are so many things I have forgotten to say thank you to my best friend for. I don't think this article does much justice, but here are a few things that I have forgotten to thank my best friend for. When you have been best friends for so long, you start to forget about all the small things when it comes to being thankful for them.

1. Being 100 percent honest with me.

2. For being weird with me, and being completely fine with it.

3. For making me feel better when I am in a terrible mood.

4. Thank you for thinking about me.

5. For listening to my long rants over texts about life and everything in general.

6. Always sharing your food with me.

7. Teaching me how to play Xbox.

8. For not judging me.

9. Taking care of me when I'm sick.

10. For being by my side, even though we are more than 200 miles apart.

11. For all the fun, happy, unforgettable memories we made together.

12. For always replying to nonsense text messages.

13. Doing my hair and always giving me amazing makeup.

14. Introducing me to some of the weirdest, most entertaining movies and TV shows.

15. All the long, sleepless show choir nights when you still put up with my crabbiness.

16. Buying me food and bringing me donuts.

17. Staying so close as we have over 200 miles between us.

This list could go on and on for miles, but I will keep it short and sweet.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
