One of the biggest blessings in life is friendship. Everyone needs a buddy, and if you're lucky, you'll have multiple. Friends provide a shoulder to cry on after a breakup, give us the truth even when its ugly, make us laugh until we almost pee, love us when we don't love ourselves, and give us one more reason to smile. Friend groups are filled with all different personalities, each unique in the role that they play in the group. Which one of these categories do you fall under?

1. The Mom of the Group

Whether it's a question on how to flirt with a boy or if a bodily function is normal, if you're the mom of the friend group, you get FLOODED with interesting text messages. All the friends know to call you if they are in any type of sticky situation because chances are, you've been there and you can get them out of it. You give some of the best advice (even though you suck at taking it yourself). You love all your friends unconditionally and would go to the end of the earth for them, because isn't that what moms do?!

2. The Organization Freak

You were born to organize. Whether it's a group outing or just a regular hang out, you like to have every detail planned. You know who's bringing food, who is driving, and what exactly is going down. Everyone counts on you to get it all together, and you wouldn't want it any other way! Be proud of being an organization freak, without you, everything would be a hot mess!

3. The Clueless One

You have no idea what's going on, like ever. It seems like you're always the last to know the latest gossip or the plans for the weekend. Chances are, someone told you, but it went over your head. When you're in public with the squad, it seems like you're always getting lost and you need a leash around your neck. Thank God for your super awesome friends who keep you in line. Don't worry, everyone loves your cluelessness!

4. The Jokester

If you're the jokester of the group, there's no need for additional entertainment whenever you're around! Your friends love having you hang out because someone is always laughing. Your witty, sarcastic, and sometimes dirty-minded sense of humor makes for a great laugh no matter where you are or who you're with. You probably have no idea that you're being funny most of the time, its just part of who you are: a jokester.

5. Silent but Deadly

And no, I don't mean farts. If you're the shy friend, you fall under this category! You usually sit back and enjoy just hanging out with the group. It takes you awhile to feel comfortable and open up to people, but when you do, watch out! In public , you may be shy, but when you're with the squad, sometimes it's hard getting you to stop talking. Your friends laugh at some of the things you say because you're the one they would least expect it from. "It's always the quiet ones".

7. The Clumsy One

No matter where you are with your friends, you are ALWAYS GETTING HURT! They can't take you anywhere without you getting a bloody nose, a broken bone, a cut, bruise, or any other type of injury. You're the friend that everyone needs to wrap in bubble wrap to ensure your safety. But being clumsy is just part of your identity!

8. The DJ

Whenever squad takes a road trip, you're riding shotgun and everyone knows that whoever rides shotgun is the DJ. Your excellent taste in music makes for a fun filled car ride. You understand the perfect mix of throwbacks and today's hits that make for the best playlist. You may even have some of your own rap skills to throw in the mix. With you in the friend group, everyone is always singing.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
