Now, I wouldn't say we are yogis or anything, but yoga has got to be one of those things that I LOVE incorporating into my week. Whether it's in my room, at the gym, or in an actual studio, yoga is so beneficial to ensure that you are giving your body what it needs....proper stretching, relaxation, and meditation. I don't know about you, but I find myself so tense by the end of the week. School, work, everyday stressors...that adds up! Yoga is an awesome way to bring yourself back down from the hectic week (and your body will thank you for it, too!)
So, as you can see, we tried to take on this challenge. My boyfriend and I love trying new things and having fun...that's what life's about! We challenge you to try out those crazy yoga poses you see all over the internet and see what you come up with!
