1. “Work From Home” - Fifth Harmony ft. Ty Dolla $ign

This song is perfect for any summer occasion. It's still popular even though it’s been on air since February of this year.

2. “Work” - Rihanna ft. Drake

Although it was released six months ago near the end of January, this song is still being continuously played on pop stations. What makes it exciting was all the drama that came with guessing if Rihanna and Drake were finally going to become a couple. Spoiler alert! They’re official now!

3. “One Dance” - Drake

It’s your typical Drake song. It’s full of emotion and has a great beat through the whole thing. Perfect for your many pool parties.

4. “Ride” - Twenty One Pilots

This band has certainly gained traction in the past couple of months. With “Ride” and “Stressed Out” being their two most popular songs right now, you are sure to get up and dance or at least always sing along when you hear the catchy tune on the radio.

5. “Can’t Stop The Feeling!” - Justin Timberlake

This is Timberlake’s newest hit and it’s just that— a hit! It’s upbeat and easy on the ears. You won’t go wrong with this song and it’s definitely perfect for any summertime event.

6. “Cold Water” - Major Lazer ft. Justin Bieber

It’s number one on Spotify’s United States Top 50, so you know it must be good. It’s easily recognized, so it won’t just be bypassed when your summer playlist is turned up during your barbecue.

7. “Don’t Let Me Down” - Chainsmokers ft. Daya

This song is awesome. It has a great dance beat and it’s easy to sing along with. It has a techno sound, which some people may not be into, but overall it’s just a fun song to have in your playlist.

8. “Treat You Better” - Shawn Mendes

It’s your typical boy wants a girl that’s taken song. While Mendes is easy on the eyes, his songs, especially this one, are incredibly easy to listen to. It’s fun and entertaining. You can’t go wrong with this one.

9. “Cheap Thrills” - Sia

Like her other songs, “Cheap Thrills” has become really popular over the past few weeks. Everyone will be singing when this tune comes on over the speakers.

10. “We Don’t Talk Anymore” - Charlie Puth ft. Selena Gomez

While it may be sad that they don’t talk anymore, it’s still an awesome song. It’s a little repetitive, which makes it incredibly easy to get it stuck in your head, but no one will be sorry when they hear that it’s on your playlist.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
