There are many struggles that come with your freshman year of college. Here are the top 5!
1. Communal bathrooms
Need I say more? For those that are not lucky enough to have a shower in their dorm or a shower in their suite there is the dreaded communal bathrooms. Having to walk through several hallways in flip flops just to shower becomes a bit inconvenient but look on the bright side at least you don't have to worry about cleaning a bathroom.
2. Procrastinating on doing your laundry
For some people college is the first time they have ever done their own laundry. If you are lucky enough to go to college close to home you can just bring your laundry home for your mom to do. If you stay on campus though make sure you do your laundry regularly or else it will just build up. Oh and planning on making Sundays your laundry day? Good luck finding a empty machine.
3. Always being hungry
How is it possible to eat all the time and still always be hungry? Not much can be said for college cafeteria food so you start to live off of popcorn and easy mac in your room. Don't forget those late night calls to Dominos for pizza and cinnastix.
4. And you are always tired
If you are like me you might occasionally find yourself finally going to sleep as the sun is rising. Your sleep schedule gets so messed up that midnight starts to feel like 8 o'clock at night. Every time you get a chance in-between classes you take a nap. You might even find yourself setting a timer for 8 minutes just to squeeze in a quick nap before your 12:10.
5. You become addicted to binge watching TV shows

Whether its Netflix, Hulu, or an illegal streaming website we all fall victim to binge watching at one point or another. Who knows why but binge watching tv shows becomes a huge part of your college life. You said you were just going to watch the one episode but before you know it its 4 am and you finished an entire season. When you finally emerge from your binge watching coma you have watched a whole series in 3 days but you can not remember what day it is.
