My best friend, and she knows who she is, is the P. Sawyer to my B. Davis, the Grey to my Yang, and the sun to my moon. Basically, she's my person, and nothing could ever change that. She's the first person I call when I need to vent, or gossip, with someone, and the only person I know who could have me hysterically laughing within minutes. We just click; To us, we aren't best friends we're sisters. That being said, there are a few key things that I have to thank my best friend for.

Thank you for being my shoulder to cry on. Though it doesn't happen very often, there's no one else I'd rather run to with my fears, doubts, and worries than you.

Thank you, for listening to my desires, and fears without judgement, and always standing by my side, even when I might be wrong.

Thank you for always laughing with me. No matter what, I can always count on you to find the same things that I do funny, and to roll on the floor laughing right along with me.

Thank you for always being proud of me, pushing me, and supporting me in every action and every decision I make. I don't know if I ever told you, but it means a lot.

Thank you for treating my sister as if she's your sister.

Thank you for always telling me the truth, even when it's something I might not want to hear.

Thank you for being my friend when I needed one most.

Thank you for welcoming me into your life with a simple spoon and scoop of cookie dough. It'll forever be our thing.

Thanks, well maybe not 100% thanks, but thanks for introducing me to the emotional whirlwind that is Grey's Anatomy. I love you and hate you for doing that to me.

Thank you for still being my best friend even when we're separated by hundreds of miles and two different colleges.

Thank you for thinking that I'm beautiful and confident, even when I don't.

Thank you for forgiving me for ignoring countless texts in favor of reading. Sorry for that, by the way.

Thank you for trusting me with your friendship, your secrets, your fears and desires because you know I'll believe in you even when you don't believe in yourself.

Thank you for always knowing what I'm about to say before I say it. Honestly, though, sometimes it's scary how much we think the same things and finish each other's sentences.

Your friendship the past nine years has meant the world to me. We've been through highs and lows together that have ultimately made our friendship so strong that I cannot imagine my life without you beside me as my best friend. I remember you telling me that once you make it past seven years of friendship, that friendship will last a lifetime. I can't wait for the lifetime of friendship we have in front of us.
