Imagine this: you can hear the great sounds of the stereo playing the Top 40, something smells absolutely amazing, and someone is washing your hair for you. Ring a bell? It is the hair salon, aka Disneyland for grown women ages 16-76. There is no better feeling than getting a fresh new 'do and these are some things that might happen to you after you're finished.

The first look you get in the mirror

You love it and can't stop playing with your hair. You are actually gushing to the hair stylist and don't even care. You've never seen your hair look so amazing. How did she do it? Your hair never looks this good at home!

Snapchatting a picture to all your friends for feedback.

You desperately want to know what other people, besides your mom, think about your new haircut so you send a picture to all of your friends. Whenever someone gives you a compliment, you blush but try and remain modest, even though you love it. It is always a good feeling to know you look good and to have your friends reassure you that you didn't make a mistake.

Feeling like an actual supermodel.

You may not actually be a model, but you are for sure strutting your way out of the salon. Did that guy just look at you? Probably, because you look and feel amazing. Should we go out? Yes, you need pictures of this good hair day! You've never felt anything so soft or seen something so shiny and healthy.

Trying a new style out for the first time.

Okay, so you know that your hair looks AH-mazing when it's down and all blown out. But, will it look okay in a ponytail or a messy bun? It's going to happen sooner or later so you might as well try it out. And guess what, it still looks GREAT. There are no bounds to this haircut!

Washing it for the first time and styling it on your own.

The first time you dry your hair you will realize that it will probably never look like it did right out of the salon. You don't have all of the fancy products or tools that they used, and you aren't able to reach the back of your head fully. However, none of that really matters because you still look pretty bomb and you WILL rock your new 'do.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
