The Roller Coaster That Is Planning A Disney Vacation

Planning a Disney Vacation can be a rollercoaster. You end up feeling lots of different things in a short amount of time. It is a rollercoaster that you can't avoid while planning a Disney vacation. So I'm going to tell you about some of the things that happens on this rollercoaster.

1) Excitement

You just decided to go to Disney. Who wouldn't be excited to go to the happiest place on earth. As you pick out what time of year you are going to go, you start a countdown and just cannot wait till you take a flight or a drive to Disney


2) Getting Your Game Face On

You know planning a Disney trip is no small task, there are hundreds of things you need to think about before you even book your hotel. You need have a serious game face as you go on your Disney vacation rollercoaster.


3) Confusion


You start looking at hotel prices, ticket prices, dining plan prices and wonder what is even going on. Do I need all this stuff, is memory maker even worth it? You end up spending hours looking computer not knowing what is going on.


4) Procrastination

After being confused for quite a while you decided you need to take a break from planning. Watching Stranger Things isn't going to finish itself, so you end up taking a break and that break sometimes becomes weeks.

5) Determination

After procrastinating for long enough, you get back to it and you are determined to figure out this Disney Vacation no matter what it takes. You sit down at your computer and your ready to tackle it again.

6) Sadness

Well you're trying to plan everything, not everything is working out as you hoped. You can't get reservations to Be Our Guest and you can't get the Fast Pass times that you were hoping for. So you sit back let sadness come through.


7) Taking A Deep Breath

So everything turned out how you would hope but that doesn't mean you call it quits. You sit back and take a deep breath. You tell yourself that this is just how life goes and not everything can be exactly how you want.

8) Happiness

After everything happens, you remember that you are about to take a trip to the most magical place on earth. If that doesn't put a smile face what is going to? Even if you scream at your computer you realize that this vacation is going to be magical no matter what happens and that is something to be happy about.

Disney Vacations are fun to plan, though they do make us upset sometimes. We always realize in the end that we are going to the most magical place on earth and that is something to smile about.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
