Welcome to Dream 2. I'm glad you find my dreams interesting! You also may just be clicking on this article because you're questioning my sanity and wondering why I'm dreaming about sweet, little ol' Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson stealing pizza from homeless people. Yeah... this dream was a rollercoaster. So strap on in and enjoy the ride.

My dream began with myself walking around New York City holding an absurd amount of pizza boxes. I was humming a tune that sounded like it was taken out of a '50's movie musical. Looking back now, I think in my dream I was imagining myself as a Disney princess. I was skipping around the streets of NYC handing out pizzas to every homeless person I saw. They all proceeded to thank me with a simple "Thank You!" (That part is important. I'll explain in a moment.)

As I continued to play pizza princess, I kept hearing a commotion behind me. Once I finally turned around, what I saw was quite disappointing. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and his "The Rock" body was also skipping around the streets of New York City. Only he was stealing the pizzas away from the homeless people. "What can I say except you're welcome!" he sang every time he snatched a pizza and ate it... whole.

Some of you may not understand exactly where this came from. So I'll quickly explain. The Rock plays a character in (an amazing, wonderful) movie called, "Moana." In this movie, he plays Maui. "A shape-shifter, demigod of the wind and sea, hero to all." When we first meet Maui, he says to Moana, "I think the words you were looking for were thank you." "Thank you?" "You're welcome!" Then, he continues into a very sing-a-long worthy song called "You're Welcome." (Which I will put a link to at the bottom of the page.)

At this point, I ran to "The Rock" and scolded him, to which he didn't seem too affected. Suddenly, my friends from Grey's Anatomy showed up. Specifically, Meredith Grey, George O'Malley, Jackson Avery, and Alex Karev. In the end, they convinced The Rock to go back and buy pizza for everyone he took it from. This time he wasn't too ecstatic so there was no singing of "You're Welcome."

The dream ended with myself and the Doctors kicking back and relaxing at Joe's Bar; discussing the difficult surgeries performed that day and the difficult rocks that were thrown at us. Pun intended.

Disclaimer: Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has never actually stolen pizza from homeless people. He seems like a very nice man and I actually would love to become friends with him.

"You're Welcome:"

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
