Fall is usually the time where new phones come out. Wiith Apple releasing the iPhone 7, Samsung, their biggest competitor, also comes out with the Galaxy Note 7.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has a dual curved screen, where it is a lot like the Galaxy Edge series, except it has the edge on both sides of the phone. It's waterproof, and also has the S Pen which is a stylus and has a place in the phone where you can put it. All around seems like a pretty good phone, right?
Well, maybe beside the fact it just recently got recalled because the battery was catching on fire when charging..
Although, if you did purchase one, you are able to enroll in the exchange program, where you can exchange your current Galaxy Note7 device with a new Galaxy Note7 as approved by the CPSC, exchange your current Galaxy Note7 for a Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge and replacement of any Note7 specific accessories with a refund of the price difference between devices, or just get your money back and get a completely different phone. So, at least they are making up for it.
Then, with the new iPhone 7 not having a headphone jack is turning a lot of people away, so it seems to be that 2016 has definitely been an interesting one for new phones.
