I’ll admit I have never been a big fan of nature. It’s nothing really personal really. I just don’t like dealing with bugs and I'd just rather watch TV or hang with friends instead of going camping or other stuff like that. But the irony out of all of this is that I really love almost all animals (except snakes). I used to watch Animal Planet when I was younger and I was always fascinated about learning more about any animal I could find. But even though I like almost any animal, if I had to choose a favorite animal it would probably a Panda bear. I know what some people are going to say next: “Derrick you probably only like that one because Designer came out with that song Panda this year." Hell no, it didn’t happen like that. I liked Pandas way before that song even came out. The reason why I love Pandas so much is well…I think they’re my spirit animal.

From looking at Pandas for so long, one thing I’ve noticed about them is that they are lazy. Sure they might play around for a little bit, but after that, they just lay around and sleep. That’s me! I’ll hang out with my friends and go out, but after that, it’s nap time for this guy. I’m sorry, it’s just being in college has made me appreciate naps so much more. As a little kid you couldn’t get me to take a nap, but now at my age I wish that sh#t was a class!
If you haven’t noticed, Pandas are big creatures. They say a panda can weigh between 150-280 pounds, and that’s just the female. When they’re not sleeping their day away, they spend most of it eating. Have you ever seen a panda eat? It is one of the cutest\funniest things you could ever see. When they are eating they always have a silly grin on their face like they are satisfied with their food. That’s like me when I just eat a whole Domino’s pizza to myself. I know what I did was wrong, but I’m still happy because it was delicious.
I might be wrong on this, but from most of the videos I’ve watched of pandas, they mostly choose to be on their own. Yeah, I would see panda playing with one or two other pandas but that’s it. They’re usually okay with being by themselves as long as they've got the essential things they need to survive. Sound like me alright. I have a small circle, all I need is food, and give me the wifi password. See, I think it was destiny for me to have a connection with Pandas. Hopefully, I’ll get to play with one someday. Peace.
