There is not exactly just one person who I can pick out and say they have made be a better person. But rather, there are so many of my friends and family who have made me the person I am today. But this is for one important person in particular who may not get enough credit for the impact they have had on my life.

There are so many thank you's I could give to this person for what they have done. I believe that the people who have the biggest impact on your life are the people who you would have least expected. When I met this person, it is not like I was an awful person. I just did not realize I needed someone to help me grow, mature, and gain knowledge from. And those and so much more is what I gained. To the person who made me a better person: thank you for these things and so much more.

Thank you for taking me to two restaurants in one night if the first one was bad.

Thank you for making me laugh even when I feel like I can not be happy.

Thank you for keeping an album of dog pictures on your phone in case get upset.

Thank you for listening to me ramble on about stories that you probably have no interest in, but you pretend you do anyways.

Thank you for getting the snakes out of my pool (even though I got one out before you).

Thank you for laughing at my bad jokes.

Thank you for always having a joke on hand in case I want to hear one.

Thank you for believing in me even when I do not believe in myself.

Thank you for making pinky promises with me.

Thank you for keeping those pinky promises.

Thank you for sitting through day-long dance competitions.

Thank you for driving hours to see me, even if it is only for a day.

Thank you for being patient when I stop to pet every dog we see.

Thank you for being patient in general, I know I can drive you crazy sometimes.

Thank you for being the amazing person you are.

Thank you for making me a better version of myself.

I am so grateful for the impact so many people have had on my life. But this person, in particular, has gone above and beyond what I could ever ask for. I love you!
