11 Ways You Know He Is 'The One'

It's written in our nature that we seek a partner to live with. We want someone to share our life with, we want love and we don't want to be alone. Relationships are tough. They always were. And so is finding your Significant Other.

I have the impression, however, that especially in today's world of social media it gets even worse. Young people often hide behind their screens and are scared to interact spontaneously with someone they spot in a bar. Sometimes, the safe platform of a dating app helps to get to know people interested in starting a relationship.

One way or another, how do you know in the end that He is the One?

1. He listens to you

2. He is patient

3. He treats you with respect

4. He makes you smile

5. He puts you first

6. He cares for you

7. He is honest

8. He is ready to commit

9. He is your best friend

10. He accepts your weaknesses

11. He feels like home

If you find someone like this, you can be pretty sure he is the one. This does not mean that there are no weaknesses to work on, no problems to figure out or habits to accept. It means that this is someone who is real with you and probably is ready to spend the rest of their life with you.

However, it's one thing to find that special person, it's another to make them stay. Relationships are a constant giving and taking, and it's the perfect balance between those two that makes relationships last.

I remember how exciting summer was when I was a kid. I would just be eagerly waiting for school to end so that I could fly to some exotic location with my family for the summer. Or hang out with my friends every day. Or just lay around in bed or read, paint, draw, basically do whatever.

When we think of events that have transpired in the US over the last few years, a lot of it ends up in spotlighting the division in the country. However, things across the pond seem to be no better - at least when it comes to sports. Last week, Real Madrid - arguably the richest sports franchise in the world, had one of their Brazilian strikers subject to vicious racist attacks in Valencia. The player, Vini Jr posted this example video in his Insta account:
