I am the girl who does not own foundation, bronzer or anything to fill in my brows and you might wonder why. My answer to that in its’ simplest form is because I do not know how. You would think after watching the same makeup guru’s on Youtube that I would know how to do more than just eyeshadow, mascara and eye liner but that is all I’ve got. For those that do know how to “beat” your face, and make sure your highlight is on “fleek”, I give you so much credit!! Personally, I just never took the time to really learn and that time will come one day.

The issue I do have though, is when I get looked at when I say that I don’t wear foundation or anything of that sort and I am not sure if it is because they think I am bashing them for wearing it or what. I just have a personal preference of always going with a natural makeup look, because it saves me time and that is all I know how to do. Makeup is a form of art, and I respect every aspect of it but I also embrace natural beauty. No girl actually NEEDS makeup… we all just love the way we look with it on which is why we find it necessary, and that is ok.
