As a society we like to over complicate things and as a generation we like to complicate the things that should be simple. She likes you and you like her, so why aren't you with her?

It's no big secret how she feels about you, even if she thinks she's hiding it pretty well. You know she'll answer every text, every snap will have a reply and even if you've ignored her all day she'd be at your door if you called. Her love is simple and to you, it's no fun. You want a challenge, you want to tell your friends that you got the unattainable.
So you keep her close, but not too close, at a distance, but still attached on a rope. You don't let her go because you do care for her, but you're on the fence when it comes to how much. While you're busy chasing the girls who couldn't give a damn, she's at home trying to figure out how to get your attention. You know you have her, so why bother trying to keep her?
Well one day she's going to wake up from the love induced coma. She'll take off her rose colored glasses, the smoke will clear and she'll question why she wasted so much time on you.
She may still even love you, but she'll be tired of waiting for you.
She'll stop answering your texts, your snaps won't earn her signature smirk as a reply and when you beckon she won't come. Right now, she doesn't see the kind of love she deserves, but she will and when that day comes she'll walk out of your life and into the life of someone that deserves her.
The real kicker?
She won't hate you, despise you, or have any ill feelings towards you. To her, you'll be nothing but another almost in the book of her life. She'll know that she gave you everything she had to give and it still wasn't right because with her simple kind of love she was too much for you.
You'll kick yourself for not realizing what you had, you'll look for her in everyone you meet, but you'll never find that spark.
So, if you haven't lost her yet I advise you to stop playing the games.
Text her, better yet call her and tell her everything she's always wanted to hear. Show up at her door before someone else does. Don't lose the simple kind of love because it's actually far from simple. It's pure, electrifying and real. Sure, it's uncomplicated, but in this complicated, messed up world, shouldn't love be simple?
