The first month of school can always be exciting, however, there can be so many different frustrations and excitements within the first month of school.
When your name is pronounced incorrectly.
Sometimes, the pronunciations can be amazing. Other times, it can jest be annoying. My name is not that hard to pronounce.
When you have joined too many clubs and organizations, but people still want you to join their clubs or organizations.
Sometimes, you cannot say no, but when you finally have the courage to deny the invitation to join an organization, you feel bad.
When you get some good news.
Whether you get an email about class being cancelled or anything free, it is a moment of excitement.
When you walk into a room feeling confident.
Sometimes, you just have to announce your name when you enter a room, whether it's for a study session or a class.
When you find out you did not fail that exam from last week.
Because college can be a little overwhelming, you get so excited when you find out you did not fail an exam or even a paper.
When your friends start making fun of you and joking around with you.
We all have that moment when friends poke fun at one another. A good go-to response is, "My mom thinks I'm awesome."
When you are looking for one of your textbooks from a peer so you don't have to go through the bookstore, but no one has it.
Or when you are looking for plum juice, and no one has it. It can be very frustrating.
When you finally get some time to relax, but people are still bothering you.
It can be very hard to find some time to relax, especially within the first month of school. So, when you finally do find some time, it can be really annoying when people are still bugging you.
These are just some situations that I have encountered within my first month of school this year. Hope you enjoyed!
