The University of Arizona is known for its incredible sports teams, warm weather, and crazy parties. Because U of A is warm almost year around, pool party season almost never ends. It may only be January, but pool party season is back and in full force.
Here are the eight do’s and do nots of surviving (and thriving) U of A pool party season.
1. Eat breakfast.
Trust me, a piece of toast won’t make you look fat in your bikini, it will only help you get through your day.
2. Wear sunscreen.
Just do it. You don’t want to end up like Will.
3. Wear cheap sunglasses.
Losing your fifth pair of Ray Ban’s is a costly mistake and bursar's isn’t open all year. Tragic, I know.
4. If you decide to actually go in the pool, keep track of your belongings.
Just like with sunglasses, you don’t want to lose your phone or sandals to another drunken girl who just so happens to own an iPhone and Tory Burch sandals too.
5. On that note, maybe a waterproof phone case?
6. Pace yourself.
You have all day.
7. Make sure you have enough money on your card for Uber.
And remember that getting sick in one costs $200.
8. Hit Taco Bell on your way home.
This one is self-explanatory because why would you not want T Bell?
