Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, and Heracles.
These are just a few of the names that come to mind when the term "masculinity" is used. These men are all described by dominance, power and utmost fearlessness. In layman's terms, masculinity means to be a manly man. One daunting fact that represents all three of the men above: they are all dead. With that, I believe it's time to start a new list of masculine figures.
Mike the Situation? No. Gary Busey? Definitely no. Zac Efron? Maybe...But lets top the list with the former Director of the Pawnee City Department of Parks and Recreation, Ron Swanson. Anyone who has seen NBC's marvelous comedy, "Parks and Recreation," knows that Ron Swanson mastered the art of masculinity. To his diet of bacon, steak, and Scotch, to his thick lip hair, Swanson is definitely in a land of his own of manliness.
Here are just a few examples of what makes Ron Swanson perhaps the most manly man in the world.
1. Brute strength - c'mon people, look at that form!

2. No dental insurance, no worries.
3. I hate government, but I love patriotism!
4. All great men should know how to dance.
5. Honesty...lets be honest, no one likes skim milk right?!
6. I think the gif speaks for itself...
7. Bacon, bacon, and more bacon.
8. A manly man is good with his hands.
9. "Not to worry, I have a permit." - The "idc" mentality
10. Perhaps the most manliest aspect of all: Good with kids!
