Having a group of girlfriends is the most amazing thing to have in college. You all met at the same point in your lives and you are positive that these girls will be your bridesmaids one day. These girls are all very different in their own way but somehow you guys manage to fit perfectly together. They all have their special talents and here are a few that you most likely have in your clique.
1. The One That's Always Down to go Out
She's your right hand, your go-to anytime you want to have a good time. She's the best because she's always up for a drink and some fun. Any day of the week, call her and she's there. She's reliable and knows how to have fun, even if no one else feels like it. She changes everyone's minds when they're not in the mood to party and knows exactly how to rally the troops. Keep her around, she's a blast.
2. The "Mom"
Admit it or not, every friend group has the mom. She's the responsible one. She's always there to hold your hair back and take care of you when you have a little too much to drink. The girls call her a buzzkill sometimes but you know she's just watching out for you. She's always there to correct your mistakes, give responsible advice and make sure you stay out of trouble. She might be the most mature one out of the group, but she also knows how to have a good time (never on a school night).
3. The Promiscuous One
She always has a new guy in her life, and she's totally fine with it. Sure, she's a hot mess but she knows what she's doing. She's the one that always gets free drinks at the bar and you just tag along for the ride. She's always texting a new guy every week and you just can't keep up with it. She has fun exploring her options and somehow, the walk of shame has become her runway.
4. The Athlete
She can never go out with the girls on the weekends because she usually has a game or practice. She's always wearing yogas and workout gear and looks great. Meanwhile, you're hungover on the couch and she already went to practice, made breakfast and saved the free world. Once off-season comes around she's back and ready to party.
5. The Scrappy One
She somehow always starts a fight and is completely confrontational, especially when someone messes with her friends. She gets herself in trouble but she would have your back in any situation. She's sassy and not afraid to speak her mind, even to complete strangers. It's even worse when she drinks but it is nice to know that you can call her anytime you need a little help.
6. The Therapist
She could listen to you for hours about the guy that is playing with your feelings or the friend drama that you just can't deal with. She has no problem giving you advice about what you should do, and she's really good at it. She makes you feel so much better and knows exactly what to say. You feel like you could vent about anything and she will take the time out of her day to help, even when no one else would. Keep her around, she's a good one.
7. The Independent One
She's been single for a pretty long time and she's totally fine with it. She wants to have a good time all by herself and she doesn't need a man to make her happy. She gets disgusted at couples posting all over Instagram and girls that are obsessed with their boyfriends. She's a great friend and really knows how to motivate you when you feel like there's no hope in the boyfriend department.
8. The One With The Boyfriend
This is the friend that's always with her boyfriend or talking about her boyfriend. She knows that she talks about him all the time, it just comes up like word vomit. She goes everywhere and does everything with him and sometimes she even ditches girl time to be with him. Your friends understand that she's head over heels and it's totally fine. But when it comes time that you need a friend, she has no problem being there for you.
