We have seen each other at our absolute best and our absolute worst. Yet each day we wake up better friends than the day before. Here are 50 friendship commandments that shall never be broken.

1. Thou shall make each other laugh until your bellies hurt

2. Thou shall know that pizza can solve any fight

3. Thou shall never be dancing alone

4. Same goes for singing

5. Thou shall vow to always hold each other's hair after a long night out

6. Thou shall know that you each have that one person you don't talk about

7. Thou shall welcome all unflattering selfies sent

8. Thou shall always share stupid thoughts

9. Thou shall know that wearing pants is not always necessary

10. Neither is a bra

11. Thou can tell when you're actually drunk and whether you need another drink or to be cut off

12. Thou shall tell each other when they're not pulling off an outfit. Be honest.

13. Thou shall always accompany one another to the bathroom

14. Thou shall stop you from drunk texting/calling your ex

15. Thou shall take their job of embarrassing you in public extremely seriously

16. Thou shall never discuss the amount of food consumed during your time together

17. Thou shall never let a boy come between you

18. Thou can laugh with you and at you but must glare at anyone else who does

19. Thou shall make their home your home

20. And their wardrobe is also your wardrobe

21. Thou shall share their alcohol when you run out

22. Thou shall help cover each other's lies

23. Thou shall know that, regardless of the time or distance, they're always a phone call away

24. Thou shall never watch the next episode if the other is still behind

25. Thou shall share the same enemies even if you don't know the person

26. Thou shall not address the outfit repeats consecutive days in a row

27. Thou shall always bring ice cream when you're sad

28. Thou shall always get approval before posting a photo of us

29. Thou shall trust each other more than anyone else

30. Thou shall never judge each other's behavior from last night

31. Thou shall curl those hard-to-reach back spots of each other's hair

32. Thou shall listen to each other — fully, truly and deeply

33. Thou shall make even the shittiest situations fun

34. Thou shall be their weirdest and best self around you

35. Thou shall vow to hate who you hate

36. Thou shall know and trust each other with phone codes

37. Thou shall tell when one has leftover seeds in her teeth

38. Thou shall like all profile pictures and Instagram posts immediately

39. Thou shall stand with you even when they don't agree with you

40. Thou shall be happy for each other when they achieve something — happy, not jealous

41. Thou can insult one another openly without taking offense

42. Thou shall always share the latest gossip

43. Thou shall notice any changes — haircut, new boots, waxed eyebrows, etc.

44. Thou shall say yes to every bad idea suggested

45. Thou shall always get food with one another, even if you're not hungry

46. Thou shall call each other out if something is annoying you

47. Thou shall be each other's personal photographers

48. Thou shall defend each other when someone is talking shit behind their back

49. Thou shall take any secret to the grave

50. Thou shall be the best friend she can be
