Starbucks Drink Review

Some of these drinks are definitely better than others depending on how many calories and the price you are willing to spend on these delicious dessert drinks.

1. White Chocolate Mocha

The White Chocolate Mocha drink is definitely my favorite and most festive drink on the Starbucks menu. Not only are the flavors amazing, but the red and white holiday sprinkles give the drink that extra Christmas flare. This drink is worth the calories!

2 . The Peppermint Mocha

The Peppermint Mocha drink was one of my first holiday drinks at Starbucks and is a go to classic for those dabbling in the world of holiday drinks. It's definitely a bit on the sweet side, but for dessert lovers this drink will keep you cozy by the fire!

3. The Chestnut Praline Latte

The Chestnut Praline Latte is a drink I feared to try for many years because of my distain for nut tasting foods, but this drink is actually incredible! I usually ask for almond or coconut milk and it tastes even better!

4. The Eggnog Latte

The Egg nog Latte is a bit high in calories at a wopping 460 for their smaller grande size cup, but its tastiness is worth overlooking that small detail. It truly tastes like something you would drink on Christmas morning. This drink also has espresso shots in it so it is good for people who have early rising schedules!

5. Gingerbread Latte

I have never been a big gingerbread fan, but this seasonal drink is amazing. It is a beautiful blend of spicy, yet sweet flavors that put you in the holiday mood. This drink is only 200 calories for a grande which in comparison to the other four drinks, is not bad at all!

Starbucks is not the only place that sells holiday drinks, Dunkin Donuts and Coffee Bean also have great less pricey options and flavors that you should definitely check out! Most of these drinks can also be modified to fit dietary resctrictions and health concerns.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
