2. Collision Bend

This fashionable waterfront brewery in The Flats is named after the commercial ships that navigate the Cuyahoga River. You can sit on the patio, eat some delicious Southern California street food, and watch the ships come in around the bend.

3. Bar 32 at the Cleveland Hilton Downtown

Come up to the 32nd floor of the Hilton hotel and enjoy the views of the Cleveland skyline, Lake Erie, and the Cuyahoga River. You can't beat the martinis or the view at Bar 32.

4. Guarino's

This historic restaurant is beautiful with an old garden lit by soft lights and decorated with flowers and greenery. If you are looking for a more relaxing setting, come down to this circa-1918 Little Italy restaurant.

5. East End Restaurant and Bar

This breezy, quaint spot has some of the best sights of the Cuyahoga River down in The Flats. Delicious food and drinks mixed with a beautiful sunset is a perfect way to spend an evening with friends.

6. Merwin's Wharf

This peaceful spot in the Cleveland Metroparks is a unique mix of industry and nature, overlooking old bridges, the river waterfront, and beautiful greenery. Sit by the stone fireplace and enjoy fresh and local menu items.

7. Azure Rooftop Lounge at The 9

Located on East Ninth downtown, the venue is stylishly modern and provides a raised and marvelous 360-degree view of Cleveland. Soak up the sun with handcrafted cocktails and a fresh menu while admiring your beautiful city.

8. Clifton Martini

This patio was made for lazy, sunny afternoons where you can kick back and forget about your worries for a while. A staple here is The Clifton, the area's top vodka cocktail. Raise a glass with friends to great food and great company.

This newly renovated American gastropub has you feeling like you've been transported to a forest with its leafy, green patio decorated with vines and shrubs. Not only does it have great greenery, but it also has great food selections all day. Grab some friends and enjoy a beer flight under the trees.

The lake views just keep getting better. Check out this new eatery on East Ninth and enjoy some fiesta vibes with margaritas and tequilas. This casual and upscale Mexican restaurant is perfect for those who want to eat with an awesome view of Cleveland and Lake Erie.

For those authentic Italian food lovers out there: check out Bruno's. Their patio is adorned with Romanesque decor with flowers, ivy, and iron gates. You can sip your drink while sitting under a colorful umbrella and enjoy the sounds of the fountain nearby.

Located on Cleveland's first high-level bridge, this site offers a glimpse of the past. The food is modern high-end Italian cuisine and definitely worth the trip downtown.

You don't have to travel far to get this Brazilian bistro-bar feel. Enjoy a Caipirinha on the quaint patio and let your worries fade away with the easygoing atmosphere. Oh, did I mention this bar is located in a house? Because it is and has a wraparound porch patio, which just adds to the cozy vibe. You won't even feel like you left home.

The Flats are back! Sit on the waterfront and enjoy your drink and catch a nice sunset if you go in the evening. Come watch the water roll by and party like its 1989.

15. Porco Lounge

A Tiki bar in Cleveland? It may not be a garden paradise, but the tall, exotic drinks quickly transport you to someplace other than the city. Put on your hula skirts and dance your night away at this Polynesian style bar.

This bar is located in Lakewood, but its patio is dog-friendly, so obviously, I had to include it. A unique Japanese gastropub, this bar offers fun trivia nights, rice bowls, and creative drinks. They even offer dog beer, so you and your furry friend can drink together!

While this bar is also located in Lakewood, it provides an absolutely breathtaking view of the Cleveland skyline. With a stellar drink list, you can bask in the sunset and with the beautiful lake views, you get the feeling of being on a ship without the seasickness.

Enjoy a drink on the patio with its leafy decor that has you feeling like you're up in the trees. Come in and enjoy a pint of Guinness in Cleveland's favorite Irish Pub. They have live entertainment every Sunday with talented local musicians who play a variety of unique music.

23. Luxe

This sleek and modern pad is similar to something you'd find in South Beach. A delicious Mediterranean-Italian bistro, it is a luxurious place to enjoy great food, music, and friends.
