1. Thank you for choosing a movie over a party with me sometimes.

Not every night is a going out night and Magic Mike is way more important than any frat boy will ever be.

2. Thank for for giving me a hug when i needed it the most.

School work, family issues, personal issues, boy issues, there's so many reasons for hugs and we like to take advantage of every single one around here.

3. Thank you for supporting all my decisions, even the ones you didn’t love.

There's nothing better than having people surrounding you who say, "I don't like that. But I love you anyways."

4. Thank you for letting me drink the milk you bought. And the juice.

Having a fridge where pretty much everything is fair game as long as you ask is the best thing ever. We take turns buying the drinks and everyone wins.

5. Thank you for forcing me out of my funk when i need it.

Whether it's, "We're going out tonight." or "Let's go study." no one is going to let me mope around the house all day because, well, that doesn't solve anything.

6. Thank you for washing all the dishes when half of them were mine.

A full sink of dishes is no match for a solid rotation of roommates who pull their weight.Your dishes or mine, you'll do them tonight because I did them last night. You rock.

7. Thank you for letting me get in the shower first.

Maybe I have work or class before you, or I just slightly beat you there. I'll take the fastest shower ever just because you were cool enough to let me go first.

8. Thank you for walking to the party store with me just for snacks.

Even if it means one of us has to take our dinner to go, you'll never let me walk alone.

9. Thank you for going halfsies on a pizza we can’t afford separately.

It's not until you're out on your own until you realize how expensive this stuff is. $12?! Outrageous.

10. Thank you for accepting my adult coloring addiction. And my wine addiction.

Nothing is better than a roomie/best friend who's always down to whip out the coloring pencils and a bottle of white zinfandel.

11. Thank you for loving me on my Saturday nights & my Monday mornings.

Whether I'm drinking a margarita and singing Bodak Yellow or eating my last bagel and crying about the exam I'm not ready for, you still love me. Blessed.

12. Thank you for answering my FaceTime call from the living room.

I was just wondering if you wanted to eat dinner with me and that was way too far of a walk.

13. Thank you for locking the door when I'm too lazy.

"Hey, I'm leaving, lock the door." Done.

14. Thank you for letting me eat half of the dinner you made for yourself.

When there's half a pot of mac and cheese left on the stove and you say help yourself, you bet your bottom dollar I'm helping myself.

15. Thank you for letting me wear your clothes even when i didn’t really ask.

Texting you, "Hey, I'm wearing your shoes I'll be back in 2 hours." doesn't really count as asking, does it?

16. Thank you for being there to talk about anything and everything.

Nothing is off limits. Periods, food, classes, boys, family. Literally anything.

17. Thank you for not getting mad when i have your dishes in my room for a week.

I swear it's just been the craziest, busiest week ever and I'm gonna wash it and put it away today.

18. Thank you for letting me steal all of your chargers when you’re not using them.

Sometimes I come home to my phone charger missing and other times someone else's laptop charger lives in my room for 3 days. It's a give and take.

19. Thank you for being down for a wine night every night.

Moscato, pink moscato, white zinfandel, rose, and basically anything that's not too dry to pair with studying, movies, or dinner. Sometimes lunch.

20. Thank you for choosing me to live down the hall from you.

When I met each one of you I had no idea I'd be living with you soon and I wouldn't change it for the world.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
