With midterms around the corner, it is hard to think about anything else but studying. While most people are studying and preparing for their exams, I'm sitting here thinking about how I wouldn't be able to survive college without my study buddy. Studying can be rough, especially in college, but having someone to study with makes it so much better. Not only is it nice to have company, but it's nice to be able to work off of each other and explain concepts that someone else may not understand. Some people study with small groups, and some study with big groups. No matter if it's one person or twelve, we should always thank those people who help us do our best and let them know that you appreciate them.
1. Thank you for always going to tutoring hours with me. I would feel like an idiot if I went there alone because I wouldn't know what to ask.
2. Thank you for explaining concepts to me that I don't understand.
3. Thank you for explaining those concepts 300 times, and then 301 times when I still don't understand it.
4. Thanks for watching lectures and letting me know what happened just because I don't feel like watching it that week. One day, I'll repay you for that.
5. Thank you for always taking the initiative to make the review sheets. Although I hate copying down 20 pages of notes, your review sheets always help me understand things better.
6. Thank you for always helping me with homework problems when I feel like I'm learning a different language.
7. Thank you for telling me that I'm going to do fine on every test, even when I know I'm going to fail. Knowing that you believe in me makes the test a little bit easier.
8. Thank you for putting up with my annoying self and always being there for me when I need you to help me grasp what we're learning.
9. Thank you for taking breaks with me in the middle of our study sessions; whether we take an hour long break to talk, eat, or even for a power nap.
10. Thank you for staying up all night with me just because I'm nervous for the test.
11. Thank you for always waiting for me after we take the exam just to see how I did or how I felt about it.
12. Thank you for letting me cut our study sessions short whenever I get a headache and can't seem to focus anymore.
13. Thank you for letting me call you to ask you questions about the class.
14. Thank you for never judging me for not knowing how to do something. Although it may seem simple to you, it's the most difficult thing in the world for me to understand.
15. Most of all, thank you for never letting me fail.
