People in a stable relationship tend to take some things for granted. We don't do it on purpose, but we should say thank you more often. For all of the times that you've done the things on the list--and all of the things that didn't make the list--thank you.

1. Thank you for letting me choose what to watch on Netflix.

Even if it means watching another romantic comedy.

2. Thank you for finishing my meal when I'm too full to do it myself.

I hate letting food go to waste, especially if I paid for it.

3. Better yet--thank you for sharing your food with me.

When I hate what I ordered, I can always count on you to swap. I also lov that you let me eat as many of your French fries as I want.

4. Thank you for singing along to my favorite song, even if you don't like it.

I know that Ed Sheeran isn't your favorite musician, but you know all of the words to "Don't" anyway.

5. Thank you for not complaining about my morning breath.

I know I'm not perfect when I wake up, but you make me feel like I am.

6. Thank you for always being down to take a nap with me.

There's nothing better than falling asleep next to you.

7. Thank you for letting me be the little spoon.

Everyone knows it's better than being the big spoon.

8. Thank you for doing anything to make me laugh.

You always know how to put a smile on my face, even after the worst day.

9. Thank you for doing that household chore I can't stand.

Or, to be more accurate, chores--plural. Washing the dishes, taking the trash and cleaning the shower--you're the best.

10. Thank you for not complaining when I take too long to get ready.

You never make me feel rushed because you are the most patient person I know.

11. Thank you for never leaving me on read.

Having a significant other who ignores your text messages? Can't relate.

12. Thank you for not screenshotting my ugliest Snapchats.

Even if you did, I trust that you wouldn't show them to anyone.

13. Thank you for taking care of me when I get sick.

I don't know how I'd get through an illness without you constantly bringing me bowls of soup and fluffier pillows.

14. Thank you for loving me at my worst-- which is usually when I'm hangry.

I know I'm not easy to handle when I'm hangry.

15. Thank you for encouraging me when I'm nervous.

Your encouragement makes me feel like I can do anything I set my mind to.

16. Thank you for cheering me on at all times.

Even if I don't succeed, I know you still think I'm a winner.

17. Thank you for listening whenever I need to vent.

Sometimes I just need to let it all out. You give great advice and you're an even better listener.

18. Thank you for always kissing me goodbye.

It's never easy saying goodbye to you, but a kiss helps.

19. Thank you for letting me take the last piece.

Whether it's that last piece of pizza or the last brownie in the pan, you always let me have it if I want it.

20. Thank you for comforting me when I'm sad.

You wipe my tears and rub my back until I feel better.

21. Thank you for loving me.

Through all of the good times and the bad, I know that I have found my forever in you. I love you more and more every day.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
