A girl cannot go through life without other girls by her side. Whether it be friends, a mom, or sisters. But a girl definitely cannot live without her older sisters. They are there to teach you what you need to know about most in life and guide you in the right direction. I have a big family and 4 older sisters, much, much older than I; but I wouldn't want it any other way.

So here is what I have to thank you for!

1. Thank you for being my go to girls when I had no one to talk to.

2. Thank you for teaching me to always watch out for the people in life who are not really there for me, and that don't deserve a part in my life.

3. Thank you for always being there for me through the good and the bad times.

4. Thank you for always looking out for me and never letting me down.

5. Thank you for yelling at me when I was being a bitch because I needed that reality check.

6. Thank you for letting me know that I should go above and beyond and do what I want in life.

7. Thank you for guiding me in the right direction.

8. Thank you for giving me the best nieces and nephews a girl could ask for.

9. Thank you for teaching me how to love like a sister, mom, and aunt.

10. Thank you for keeping my secret and reassuring me that everything was going to be okay.

11. Thank you for giving me the confidence to leave home and go away to college because that's exactly what I needed.

12. Thank you for supporting my cheerleading habit; yes I say habit because once I started I was addicted and couldn't let it go.

13. Thank you for watching my flight all the way to and from San Francisco and having a back up plan for me just encase things took a bad turn.

14. Thank you for being honest with me and telling me when a guy did not deserve me.

15. Thank you for being the best stalkers and always finding out the perfect info.

16. Thank you for eating food with me because we all love food and there is no one else I would rather eat with.

17. Thank you for teaching me right from wrong.

18. Thank you for forcing me to get my first tattoo; the sister tattoo! Now I am addicted.

19. Thank you for the late night phone calls when I cant deal with what is going on at the moment.

20. Thank you for sticking by my side through all the dreadful family events when we have to avoid the other people we don't like.

21. And last but not least, thank you for being you!


I don't know what I would do without my older sisters; I would just be stuck in a big family of men!
